    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That we, EDGAR ALLAN KHO and GENELIZA KHO, of legal age, married, Filipinos, and
    residents of Daet, Camarines Norte, have made, constituted, and appointed ATTY. RONBERT A.
    RAMOS, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Brgy. II, Daet, Camarines Norte, to be
    our true and lawful attorney in fact, for us and in our name, place and stead, to perform the
    following acts:
    1. To appear and represent us during the pre-trial stage, mediation, conciliation, judicial
    dispute resolution and all other proceedings in connection with Civil Case No. 2020-0004
    for Collection of Sum of Money pending before RTC Branch 26 in Naga City;

    2. To negotiate, conclude, enter into, sign, and execute compromise agreement and/or
    amicable settlement of said case under such terms and conditions as my attorney-in-fact
    may deem just and reasonable;

    3. To enter into stipulations or admissions of facts, and of documents, in connection with


    and related to the aforesaid case;

    4. To give consent to a provisional dismissal of said case in the event of a compromise


    agreement;

    5. To sign, execute, receive and/or deliver all other documents in my behalf, and perform all
    other acts pertinent to the above described authority.

    6. To transact with any office, agency, or entity and to do any and all things necessary and
    relevant to achieve the purpose of having the said case terminated.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney in fact full power and authority
    to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
    and about the premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as we might or could do if
    personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney in fact shall
    lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hand this 12th day of October 2022
    in the Daet, Camarines Norte, Philippines.
