Device Contract T&C:

2) The Customer is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the main subscription contract in case of any delay of payments.

3) The Customer admits receipt of the device mentioned above in a good condition and free from any apparent effects.

4) The warranty covers the device for one year from the date of purchase. The serial number of the device will be the reference to the customer for device warranty.

5) The warranty covers the device for one Hijri calendar year from the date of purchase. In case of default or manufacturer defect or in competence caused by the
manufacturer during the warranty period, the Company repair or replace the devisor request the Customer to contact the official agent directly to perform
necessary maintenance during this period.

6) The customer bears the cost of maintenance and spare parts of the faults caused by a misuse.

7) If the Customer desire to cancel the package before the end of contract period, a written cancelation request should be submitted to one of the sales channels.
in this case the Customer is obliged to pay the remaining amount of the device according to the subscribed in accordance with the following procedure( Device
value after Discount given to the customer divided by the number of months for this contract then multiply the value into the remaining months of this contract ),
the company has the right to use any method that it deems appropriate to collect the remaining amount.
