Medical Insurance
Every NEOM employee is provided with full medical coverage in KSA. If you have international medical
coverage for your family outside of KSA, NEOM will reimburse 50% of the monthly costs upon presentation of
appropriate receipts.
Savings Plan
As a NEOM employee you will be eligible to opt-in to the NEOM Savings Plan. As a participant, you contribute
7% of your basic monthly salary and NEOM will match your contribution. You are eligible to access your personal
contributions and the matched NEOM contributions after three years of service with NEOM. If you should leave
the company earlier than three years of service, you will receive your contributions only. Also, after you have served
three years at NEOM, you will have the option to increase your personal contribution up to 10% of your basic
monthly salary and NEOM will then match that increased contribution.
Annual Increment
Employee salaries at NEOM shall be reviewed on an annual basis to ensure everyone is rewarded and recognized
for their performance.
Annual Bonus
All bonuses are discretionary and based around individual KPIs agreed with Line Manager, and the company
performance for that year. ‘On-target bonus’ is 30% of annual basic salary.”
Professional Development
Each colleague can benefit from up to USD 4000 per year, reimbursable support for crucial learning and
personal development.

FLIGHTS
Visiting Flight
NEOM will provide one (1) return trip per calendar year for dependent children aged under 22, as well as one return
trip per calendar year for any spouse living outside KSA.

Annual Leave
Every NEOM colleague is entitled to 30 working days of leave per year + 12 KSA Public holidays.
Remote working
NEOM employees are entitled to 24 days of remote working / working from home per year.
• The offered role is based at NEOM in the northwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This area is undergoing
exciting and rapid development, and so you will also receive the following additional benefits:
