    STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS:


    1. This Retailer Price Lists is effective for all the sales made from 00.00 hrs on the date mentioned herein.
    2. Prices ruling on the date of invoice will be charged and the prices are subject to change without prior notice.
    3. The rates quoted are exclusive of all taxes and levies, irrespective of place of incidence. The said taxes and levies will be charged additionally, as applicable from time to time.
    4. The rates quoted are ex depot, with freight being prepaid by JSW Paints Private Limited (herein after referred to as “Company”), for delivery at the destination. Any Local Taxes/Levies,
    Goods and Service Tax (GST) till the time of the delivery will have to be borne by the retailer/purchaser.
    5. The Company, at its discretion, may compensate for the Leakages/Breakages that occurs in transit, after evaluation of the claims made. Leakages, Breakages, Shortages & Damages that
    occur at the Retailer’s shop or site will be to Retailers/Purchaser’s account.
    6. The prices contained herein are applicable for dispatch by road transport from the Company’s depot. For dispatches by any other mode of transport, the difference in freight charges and
    packing charges will be to Retailers/Purchasers account.
    7. In case of any dispute, the same is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
    8. The Company can, at its sole discretion, decide not to service orders to a retailer, in case of payment defaults.
    9. By Placing an order or by accepting the goods, the Retailers/Purchasers agree to the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
    10. Other than for Colourvista Tints cartons will not be broken
