Who is the Holy Spirit?
1) He is Divine

2) He is God Eternal nature:

3) The Holy Spirit is a person and He is real and tangible;

 He Has A Mind
Rom. 8 27 “And he that searcheth the hearts KNOWETH WHAT IS
THE MIND OF THE SPIRIT, because he maketh intercession for
the saints according to the will of God”.
 He Has A Will
1st Cor 12:11 “But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit,
dividing to every man severally as HE WILL.”
 He Has Emotion
Isa 63:10 “But they rebelled, AND VEXED HIS HOLY SPIRIT:
therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and he fought against
them.”
Eph 4:30 “AND GRIEVE NOT THE HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD,

whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.”

Is To Follow His Leadership as our Sovereign Guide
3. To Live In The Spirit [Gal 5:25; Rev. 1:10]

Is To Hear The Voice of God
Is to Consistently, Continuously Be Subject to the Spirit [Acts 10:38; 2Cor
12:9]
What Is The Holy Ghost Baptism?
1. Is The Initial EXPERIENCE [NOT A DOCTRINE] of the infilling of the
Holy Ghost with POWER with the evidence of speaking in UNKNOWN
TONGUES.
2. Is The Empowerment of the Holy Ghost with The Evidence of Speaking In

UNKNOWN Tongues

How to receive the Holy Spirit
1. Be born again [Acts 2:37-38]
2. Be desirous and thirsty for Him [Jhn7:37]
3. Believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is yours

4. Recognize Jesus as the baptizer [Matt. 3:11]
5. Trust in Him and keep His word [Jhn7:38]
6. Ask Him for the baptism (infilling power) Luke 11:13
7. Open wide your month and speak as the Spirit prompts through (give)
your utterance. [Acts 2:4]
Do this: now begin to worship the Lord in the Spirit (tongue) for those who are
already baptized with the Holy Spirit, and for those who are to be baptized with the
Holy Spirit.
You do not necessarily need a pastor to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. You can
be baptized right where you are now.
