IMPORTANT POINTS NOTED WHILE WORKING IN JAMMU RING ROAD

1. Submissions from Contractor:


a. Work Program and Cash Flow Statement
b. QA/QC manual including method statements, test frequencies, plants and equipment,
traffic management plan, check-list of item-wise work execution,
c. Plan for erecting site offices, labor camps, mobilizing crushers, WMM plants, Screening
plants, RMC and HMP plants, identifying borrow areas, stone queries, sand queries, and
source approval proposals for various bought-out items.
d. Plan for Tree and Median plantations.

2. Cement content and W/C ratio as per IRC-44:2017 for PQC


a. Maxm cement content (without flyash) = Not < 360kg/m3 & not > 450kg/m3
b. Maxm cement content (with flyash) = Not < 310kg/m3 with maxm flyash = 25%
c. Maxm W/C (without flyash) = Not > 0.45
d. Maxm W/C (with flyash) = Not > 0.50
