of our country. Located 960km off the east cost of India in the middle of the Bay of Bengal, Andaman

The Andaman and Nicobar Islands have a tropical climate. The average temperature varies between 23

Port Blair, the capital, and Havelock Island are popular spots for Andaman and Nicobar Islands tourism.

 For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by theguest.
 Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of theguest.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation of your ticket, please log in to your account, select the Tour Confirmation Number of the
ticket you wish to cancel and cancel your ticket from your booked history on line. Cancellation of your
Ticket is possible only on the website www.irctctourism.com, and is not possible on PRS Counters. If the
user wishes to cancel his ticket, cancellation rules are as under:

The request for name change will be treated as a fresh booking where confirmation will be subject to
 availability. Please note all bookings confirmed are non-transferable and will invite a cancellation
chargeas applicable.

Terms and Conditions:

 You should carry an Identity Card (Voter Card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport or any
Govt. I. Card), while traveling; this is for verification when needed.
 Service vouchers for the tour will be forwarded before the departure from IRCTC, Regional Office,
Ernakulam.
 All tourists shall carry final vaccination certificate.
 RTPCR to be carried out if the local government demands during the tour period.
 Arrangements will be made disruption of tour on account of natural calamities and the cost to be
borne by the tourist.
 Arrangements will be made for medical attention during sickness while on tour and the cost will
borne by the tourist.
 The tourist will have to go by the periodical guidelines issued by the IRCTC authorities on the
tour, through announcements and should not intervene in their working.
 The decision of IRCTC/SZ will be final on account of problems arising in the conduct of the tour.
 IRCTC has right to alter itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type
of natural calamities/ strikes/ cancellations/ delay of train/insurgency of any such nature which
is beyond control during the tour period. Management is not accountable for any theft or damage
of luggage.
NOTE: -
In case of partial cancellation please note that occupancy conversion charges will be applicable.
In case of cancellation of Counter bookings, copy of pan card of the guest in whose name refund is
claimed shall be required.
If any passenger found covid-19 positive during the trip, then he/she will have to follow the Covid
rules of local government and have to bear all expenses of treatment by him/herself.

CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL:
You will have to strictly follow the tour program. There would be no refund if you fail to join the group at
the commencement of the tour, or join the group later or leave the group before culmination of the tour
for any reasons whatsoever. You are responsible to register with the representative of the Company at
the appointed date, place and time and you would be treated as a no-show if you fail to do so. Under no
circumstances would any refund be given for any unutilized services. You shall not behave in a manner
which may cause distress or annoyance to other co-travellers or which may create the risk of danger or
damage to property of the Company, co-travellers or others. In this event, you may be asked to leave the
tour immediately. The Company shall be under no liability to any such person.
