The contract entails that NVSU, as one of the stakeholders, will provide their assistance as SHS launches

to be working with them,” said Dr. Medy M. Bianzon, the school principal, during the interview.

The said Pilot Implementation program, in partnership with SDO-Nueva Vizcaya, is in realization of the
theme “Bawat Batang Novo Vizcayano, Masayang Bumabasa” in support to the learners who are in the
frustration level of reading skills.

“The external partnership service has committed to make every learner a reader by engaging partners
and stakeholders to promote the culture of reading. Brigada Pagbasa is a nationwide reading movement
for the Filipino children and will serve as a platform to synergize efforts and resources to address
education-related challenges especially on literacy and numeracy,” Maria Licel Balico, Education
Program Supervisor-II SMAN, announced as she provides the overview of the Brigada Pagbasa.

The identified learners during the program were provided with Brigada Pagbasa Kit which includes sling

Pagbasa partners.

After the program, the school shall be launching the implementation per se of the Brigada Pagbasa
Mobile Library Project in the neighborhoods of Barangay Salinas on a rotating schedule with NVSU-
