3) Feeding unit
This unit is used to feed material with clamping and unclamping when feeding material
and the movement length of material can be found out through encoder.
(Manual mode : High and low speed operation is possible using the touch screen panel.)
5) Wheel drive
This unit is designed to rotate saw blade and works with inverter motor while saw
blade engages with two wheels. Touch monitor enables speed to be controlled.
(If wheel sensor detects saw blade damage, it stops automatically.)
6) ARM insert
This unit fixes and holds manually saw blade that rotates in the driving part.
7) Miter cutting
Auto miter cutting is available up to 45 degrees with digital display.

1) Handle the machine by forklift or crane. There are 4 slots to be easily handled.
3) Don’t input the power-supply under damaged condition of the mechanical or electrical parts
even though installation is completed.
5) Install the machine a little lower to the direction that material is outfed after cutting
as worker position.
6) If the machine is set up, connect electric cable in compliance with the rated circuit breaker
capacity and cable thickness.
(Breaker: 3phase / 100A, cable thickness : 16SQ )

Running status of the machine can be checked through this screen and its configurations
are as follows.
1) Target angle : If F3 button is pushed, it moves to the already setup angle.
2) Angle return : If F4 button is pushed, it returns 0°.
3) Angle reset : It is used in the event that encoder to fix angle value is manually reset.
4) Alarm details : All alarm details can be checked and deleted.
5) Blade speed: Blade speed can be controlled by button.
6) Screen scroll : It is used to scroll screens.
(For any value input, it can be scrolled to left and right )
7)Status
-SPEED : Running the wheel driving part, the rotating speed of blade is indicated.
-LOAD : For operator’s reference when blade goes down to cut, it indicates the load ratio
of motor in the wheel driving part. The optimum ratio is less than 75%.
-ANGLE : It indicates the mechanical part’s numerical angle.
- : It indicates blade rotates while turning.

1)Working time reset : If F4 button is pushed for 3 seconds, the working time is reset.
2)Entry value cursor : It is used to enter the cutting load scale.

(For any value input, it can be scrolled to left and right )
4)SET button : Push SET button to enter the cutting load scale.
(Max. scale to enter is 200%)
5)ENT button : If ENT button is pushed, the entry is completed and the cutting load scale
is setup.

-WORK TIME :It indicates the working time.
-LOAD SCALE : Down speed of saw blade changes corresponding to the current load
of saw blade and the cutting load scale when cutting. Thus, down speed can be high
high or low, adjusting this value.
(Default of the load scale is 100%)

Operator must be well aware of this manual (especially safety) before running the machine and follow
the procedures for safety operation. Operation mode is divided into automatic and manual operation.

4-3. Warming-up
This is the preliminary function for automatic operation.

Shuttle vise : After checking and clamping material, move to the cutting position.
4 Target angle : Materials are transferred to the target angle.
Main vise : Clamp if the cutting position is fixed.
Shuttle vise and main vise must be clamped, so that automatic operation is available.

If each mechanical part gets ready to work, the machine is ready to run automatically.

4-5. Troubleshooting
During running the machine, any faults can be checked through the operation panel.
Error

BLADE CHANGE It checks the time based on the initial driving of saw blade. If the setup time
M250 exceeds, this code is seen.
CHECK
- Reset the working time on Work Time screen.
Due to mechanical / electrical fault in saw blade driving motor, inverter has
executed the self-diagnosis and the standard current has been checked.
M253 B-MOTOR O/L - Check mechanical intervention and the error code of inverter. After
checkup, press the stop (reset) button to cancel. In spite of the power-
supply cut off, it is reset until rechargeable lamp it turned off.
It is caused if saw blade doesn’t work although the wheel driving part is
BLADE CHECK monitored by sensor after 3 seconds from starting.
M255
ERROR - Check electric motor, driving part, wheel driving part and sensor behind
wheel driving part.
ENCODER It is caused if the deviation of encoder value is indicated over reference value
M256 or the reset value is not 0 after the forward limit is ON.

- Check mechanical gear and encoder.
