    SUBJECT : IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FIVE DAY IN-PERSON


    CLASSES And SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES –
    OCTOBER TO NOVEMBER

    DATE : October 20, 2022

    1. In reference to DepEd order no.34 s.2022-School Calendar and Activities for


    School Year 2022-2023 and amended through DepEd order no.44 s, 2022,
    this Office announces the implementation of the five day in-person
    classes of Pacita Complex National High School which will commence
    on November 2, 2022.

    2. As stated in DepEd order no.34 s.2022 all public and private schools shall
    have transitioned to five days in-person classes. After the said date, no
    school shall be allowed to implement purely distance learning or blended
    learning except for those that are implementing Alternative Modes.

    3. In the demand to implement the five days in-person classes, Grades 7


    students and faculty will have the temporary extension campus at
    Chrysanthemum Village Elementary School for their classes while Grades 9,
    10 and STEM-P Program Grades 7 to 10 will be attending classes at PCNHS
    Main Campus.( see enclosure
    1)

    4. Due to the number of students of Grade 8 level, sections will be divided to a


    morning and afternoon shift. Nine (9) sections will remain at PCNHS Main
    Campus including Grade 8 STEM-P. STEM-P three (3) sections will conduct
    classes in morning session while the remaining six (6) will hold classes in
    the afternoon at the main campus. The rest of the other Grade 8 sections
    will have their classes in the afternoon at the temporary extension campus
    at Chrysanthemum Village Elementary School. (see Enclosure 1)
    5. Due to the changes, new Teachers’ subject loading and assignment will take
    effect to ensure that adherence to the implementation of the five days in-
    person classes is cope with.
    6. Parents’ Assembly and Orientation for Grades 7 and 8 will be conducted
    on Friday, October 21, 2022 at San Pedro Astrodome to notify our
    stakeholders of the changes that will take effect. Kindly observe the following
    schedule (see enclosure 4):
    Grade 7- 1:00 PM -3:00 PM
    Grade 8- 9:00 AM -11:00 AM

    7. Meanwhile, Grades 9 and 10 is expected to have their learners and parents


    informed of the recent changes in schedule, section, and room assignments
    through an official communication via fb messenger, text or other socmed
    platforms.
    8. In line with PCNHS’ Reading Program for Filipino and English (Project
    MORRPH- Motivating Our (G7) struggling Readers through Reading for
    Perpetual Help), selects students whose reading level was identified as non-
    reader will undergo the reading program to be conducted by select Grade 7
    Filipino and English Teachers after class. Waivers and details of the program
    will be discussed by the respective reading coordinator with the concerned
    advisers.
    9. Please be informed that our students will have their ID pictures on
    Thursday-Friday (October 20-21,2022) and Monday (October 24) from 9:00
    AM-4:00 PM.
    Teachers who missed the original schedule may have their ID picture taken
    on the said dates during their vacant periods.
    10. The conduct of the First Quarterly Exam will commence on October 25-27,
    2022 (see enclosure 2).
    11. Item and Score Analysis for the 1st Quarterly Exam will be on October 28,
    2022 and will be administered by the class adviser in a self-contained
    schedule. (see enclosure 3)
    12. Please be reminded of the following submission of reports:
    Item and Score Analysis - November 4, 2022
    Grading Sheets and Class Record - November 7, 2022
    Summary Sheets - November 9-10, 2022

    13. 1st Parent-Teacher Conference and Card Viewing will be on November 12,
    2022 (Saturday) schedule c/o Chief Advisers.

    14. Immediate dissemination and strict compliance.
