The tap positon display REG-F 'BCD' shows the BCD coded
output signal of a tap position interface or from the dry contact
row of a tap changer transformer with BCD output.
An external DC voltage U+ on the inputs 'EBCD1 ...EBCD80'
with reference to 'E GND' will be displayed.
