Dear Ms,

APPOINTMENT TO THE POST OF HR AND ADMINISTRATION


ASSISTANT
We are pleased to offer you the above position, subject to the following terms and
conditions:-

1 POSITION/JOB GROUP

Human Resource & Administration Assistant

2 COMMENCEMENT DATE

Your date of commencement shall be on 17th June, 2020.

3 PROBATION

You will be on probation for three (3) months from the date of joining this
Company. However, your performance will be assessed by the Company
and based on this assessment, this probation period could be shorter or
longer as the case may be. In anytime your performance is not satisfactory,
your appointment will be terminated.

4 SALARY

You will be given a basic salary of RM1,500.00 (Ringgit Malaysia of One


Thousand Five Hundred Only) per month. Upon the confirmation, there will
be no increment. It will be at the sole discretion of the Company to give an
annual increment to confirmed staff at the beginning of every calendar
year. The quantum of the increment depends on each individual's merit.
5 E.P.F, SOCSO & EIS.

Contribution to EPF shall be in accordance to the EPF ordinance enforced


by the Government, currently as follows:-"

a. Employee : 11% of basic salary per month

b. Employer : 13% of basic salary per month

Note: The above rate will be changed accordingly as and when the
Government announced a new rate

Deductions for SOCSO & EIS will be made as per government statutory
regulations.

6 ANNUAL LEAVE

You are given ten (10) working days for every 12 months of completed
service and the entitlement are based on pro-rate based.

7 TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT

The required notice period for termination of employment for employees


on probationary period are for non – exempt level employees is by two (2)
weeks’ notice in writing on either side and for exempt level employees is
one (1) month’s notice in writing on either side and during the probationary
period; the Company has the right to terminate the employee if the
Company considers his / her job performance as unsatisfactory by serving
the employee the notice period or pay in lieu of notice.

The required notice for termination of employment for the employees who
have successfully completed their probationary period (confirmed
employees) are; for non- exempt level employees is one (1) month's notice
in writing on either side and for exempt level employees is three (3)
month’s notice in writing either side; with the provision that any gross
negligence or criminal breach of trust could lead to instant dismissal
without pay. Where a shorter notice is given, payment to either party
equivalent to the appropriate number of months' salaries will be required.

8 CONFIDENTIALITY

You will not at any time without authority, disclose any information
concerning the business of affairs of the Company and you will be bound
at all times by the rules and regulations of the Company. Unauthorized
disclosure of serious nature may lead to instant dismissal.

9 WORKING HOURS
You will be working on office hour basis. The working hours will be spelt
out to you when you report to duty at the absolute discretion and decision
of the company. At anytime, the Company has the right to change your
working hour schedules. You are also bound to take overtime when
required by the Company.

10 RESPONSIBILITIES

Your job functions and terms of reference will be spelt out to you when
you report for duty.

11 REPORTING

You will be reporting direct to the CEO & Managing Director

12 BASE

You shall be based in Kota Kinabalu. However, you are subject to transfer
from time to time at the absolute discretion and decision of the Company.

13 OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

In addition to clauses 1 to 12 above, you are also bound by other


Company's policies and procedures as and when implemented by the
Company and to take any job task assigned to you anytime in future.

Kindly confirm your acceptance of this offer of appointment by signing and


returning the duplicate copy of this letter to the undersigned within 14 days from
the above date.
