1. STUDENT’S DEVELOPMENT
 Encouraged students to participate on academic and non-academic activities.
 Conducted the Pre Tests
 Participated and encouraged students and parents during the Monthly Brigada Eskwela Plus.
 Participated and encouraged students in the conduct of First Quarter Earthquake Drill.
2. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
 Prepared and executed daily lesson logs.
 Prepared test questions for Pre Test.
 Prepared instructional materials at low cost price or used recycled materials.
 Accomplished and submitted required reports on due time.
 Created 10 classes in Learners Information System (LIS).
3. PERSONNEL/STAFF DEVELOPMENT
 Strengthened and updated the instructional competencies in teaching different
subjects efficiently and effectively by attending seminar-workshops, trainings/in-
service trainings, symposiums and conferences on the latest/current
trends/strategies in teaching the learners.
 Attended the first District Meeting for School Year 2019-2020
4. PHYSICAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT
 Encouraged the students in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the
classroom and surroundings.

5. SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT


Encouraged the students in planting different varieties of vegetables at the
school and at their own backyards at home and maintain it as food source and
additional income
6. SOCIO-CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT
 Participated in all school and community activities.
