    User Guide
    kindly use the following steps to use Forti-VPN to remotely access ADES applications and
    resources:
    1) Click on FortiClient VPN shortcut, You will find this shortcut on Desktop as following:

    If you cannot find this shortcut on Desktop, Kindly ask IT team to help you install it, Also
    you can download it from this link:

    2) After that, kindly click on Configure VPN as shown on the below figure:
    3) After that, kindly configure setting, then click Add Remote Gateway as shown on the
    below figure:

    4) Then after finishing configuration of the settings, click Save as shown on the below
    figure:

    5) After that, use your username and password (Domain Credentials), then click Connect:

    6) Last Step, another window will appear, kindly click on Yes as shown on the below
    figure:
    7) Finally, you are Connected now, and all ADES applications and resources (Oracle, EHS,
    ITSM, Attendance, Shared folders) are accessible now.
