    COUNTER-AFFIDAVIT

    I, MS. A, 41 years old, Filipino, single, and a resident of 759 Craig St., San
    Juan Village, Barotac Viejo, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
    do hereby depose and say:
    1. I am the same MS. A, defendant in the Criminal Case for Acts of
    Lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code;
    2. I am executing this counter-affidavit to refute the allegations of MS. B, JAX
    PALMEJAR, and MJANE CECIL.
    3. That Ms. B, Jax Palmejar and Mjane Cecil were conniving and lying under oath
    because their affidavits were in response to an unrelated complaint I earlier
    filed before this Honorable Office, and that Ms. B, Jax Palmejar and Mjane
    Cecil are volunteering as witnesses to harass and vex me and to even the
    grounds with me.
    4. That on the 8th day of January 2000, at around 7:30 in the evening Jax
    Palmejar and Mjane Cecil noticed Ms. B fast asleep and beckoned her to head
    home with them. The latter declined and told them to go ahead.
    5. An hour later, I noticed Ms. B murmuring and sweating. Worried about her, I
    lightly shook her to wake up to no avail. Then I felt that she was doused in
    sweat. She looked like she was having a sleep paralysis.
    6. Since I read somewhere that to help ease sleep paralysis, one of the things to
    do would be to improve sleeping hygiene, I decided to change her sleeping
    position and add a pillow under her head.
    7. I was trying to fix the blanket that was wrapped tightly around her legs when
    she suddenly woke up yelling and immediately ran out. I found her actions odd
    but figured that it might be because of the bad dream I assume she had.
