Certified Ethical Hacker (1 Post)

Reporting to: ICT Security Engineer

Qualifications and Experience

• Information Technology Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized


University.
• 1 year experience in ethical hacking

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate would be required, among other duties, to:

• Meet with clients to discuss the security system currently in place.


• Research the company's system, network structure, and possible penetration
sites.

• Conduct multiple penetration tests on the system.

• Identify and record security flaws and breaches.

• Identify areas of high-level security.

• Review and rating the security network.

• Create suggestions for security upgrades.

• Compile penetration test reports for the client.

• Conduct penetration tests once new security features have been implemented.

• Suggest alternate upgrades.

E-Learning Developer X 3
Reporting to: e-Learning Manager
Qualifications and Experience
• Information Technology bachelor’s degree from a recognized university,
• Must have proven ability to develop software using Programming frameworks
e.g. Laravel, Django, Flask, NodeJS
• Expertise in the use of eLearning development tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work
effectively in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate would be required, among other duties, to:

• Develop a world-class Digital Classroom for the University.


• Integrate various APIs with the virtual learning platform.
• Create scripts, storyboards, and other materials needed to create e-learning
courses.
• Conduct research on best practices and trends in e-learning development.
• Communicate with Lectures throughout the development process to ensure
course quality.
• Design and implement training programs using instructional design principles.
IT Business Analyst x 1

Qualifications and Exeperience

University.

• At least two (2) years in a technology-driven role.

• Two (2) years experience in a problem-solving role.

Qualifications and Experience

• Working knowledge of past HelpDesk / Support Ticketing system is an added


advantage

• Experience with Windows based OS's, Linux or Android

POSITION SUMMARY
Information Technology helpdesk support provides advanced support to end-users for
PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, Installations and
device imaging.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate would be required, among other duties, to:
• Provide technical support to telephone and email requests from users for all
hardware, software and associated peripherals

• Ensure the university`s helpdesk software is utilized correctly

• Resolve, redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate member of


the support team

• Install and configure operating systems and various software packages to


agreed standards

• Assist in the compilation of technical documentation, guidelines and


procedures and ensure they are recorded correctly
Mobile Developer Job (1 Post)

Reporting to: Software Engineer

Qualifications and Experience

• Information Technology Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized


University.
• One (1) year of demonstrable experience
• One (1) year of demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App
store or the Android market
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate would be required, among other duties, to:

• Create and maintain mobile applications.

• Work with computer engineers to brainstorm new applications.

• Create UI tests to source analytics.

• Identify and plan for new features

• Develop application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile


functionality

• Suggest and implement new mobile products, applications and protocols

• Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding
mobile apps

Reporting to: Network Engineer
Qualifications and Experience
• Must have a computer networking related qualification at Level 7 of the
Zimbabwe National Qualifications Framework (ZNQF) e.g. Cisco Certified
Networking Professional, Bsc Computer Networking, etc
• At least 1 year of experience as an IT Intern or similar arrangement

Duties and Responsibilities


• Implementing new network solutions so as to improve network efficiency
• Ensure stable and reliable Campus network services (e.g. access products,
service networks and core network).
• Day-to-day network performance monitoring
• Network troubleshooting and fault analysis; hardware troubleshooting and
repair.
• Troubleshoot ticket generation and response; carrier interface and escalations.
• Deploy and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis and reporting tools.
• Apply configuration changes via our change control systems and processes.
• Configure and install Network services.
• Configure Active Network Devices/Equipment.
• Optimize services on the network.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented
networks.

Pastel Support Technician (1 Post)

POSITION SUMMARY
Pastel Support technicians assist computer users with the operation of Pastel system
Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES
• Training Clients Sage Evolution accounting system
• Install database (SQL) and sage Evolution on servers and workstations
• New database setup and imports (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts
Receivable, Inventory etc)
• Execute queries in the database eg delete, update, select statements etc
• Verify that the system is usable.
• Data capturing and offer support services to the client
• Troubleshoot program errors
• Assist with go live, hand holding support
• Perform system upgrades and installations

• Extensive experience in installing, monitoring, and maintaining Network
Infrastructure equipment.

• Must have hands on practical capability in PHP or Python framework such as

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.

POSITION SUMMARY
User Support technicians assist computer users with the operation/repair of computer
systems and other technology equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
• Upgrading the computing equipment and related technologies inorder to enable
compatibility for advanced softwares.
• Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
• Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
• Conducting backup operations.
• Managing technical documentation.

Web Developer (1 Post)

Qualification and Experience:

• Information Technology Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized


University..

• One (1) year experience in knowledge of website management tools.


• Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Wordpress, Linux.
• Proficient in MySQL.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.


• Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools,
applications, and digital media.
• Directing or performing Website updates.
• Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases
mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
• Editing, writing, or designing Website content, and directing team members who
produce content.
• Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming
practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops,
and groups.
• Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
