TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF 125 kVA WATER COOLED KIRLOSKAR IGREEN DIESEL GENERATING SET

A) DIESEL ENGINE: -

"KIRLOSKAR" Make diesel engine Model 4K 1080TA G2, Four Cylinders, liquid cooled, turbocharged with
after cooler, developing 156 hp @ 1500 RPM. 4K1080TA G2 , electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke,
designed to run continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 standard. Diesel
Engine will comply with present CPCB-II norms. The diesel engine will comprise of following: -

Bearings on end shields. The alternator conforms to IS: 4722, BS EN 60034-1& will be suitable for tropical
condition.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF KIRLOSKAR iGREEN ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE CONSTRUCTION

Following are some technical features of Acoustic Enclosure:-

1. The enclosure is modular in construction

2. Aesthetically Designed internally bolted(upto 62.5Kva) canopy for enhanced product life.
3. Base frame is made of Sheet metal.
4. Durable industrial locking system is provided on doors.
5. Doors are gasket with high quality EDPN material.
6. Ease of access and serviceability

CORROSION RESISTANCE:-

To make the enclosure weather proof: -

1. All sheet metal parts/components are hot dipped in nine tanks process, pretreated and passivated.
2. Sheet metal components are painted with P.P base paint.
3. Base frame is epoxy coated.
4. Zinc passivated hardware is used to avoid rusting

ACOUSTIC INSULATION:
1. Sound proofing of the enclosure done with quality Foam confirming to IS: 8183.
2. Insulation confirms to UL94 - HF1 class for flammability.
3. Acoustic form shall be fire retarded and fire resistant.
4. Attenuates are provided to control sound at entry and exit to and from the container.
5. Specially designed Residential Silencer is provided.

VENTILATION AND AIR CIRCULATION:

Exhaust pipe is thoroughly insulated by covering it with glass wool and further cladded in Enclosure.

ELECTRICAL:
Neutral earth connecting points at termination block / neutral bus at control panel & Body earthing
points at Alternator leg and acoustic enclosure base frame.

SOUND LEVEL

The Gensets being offered comply to a sound level of < 75 dbA (12 point average) at a distance of 1-
meter in free-field conditions conforming to CPCB Norms.

GST:-
The quoted price is Included of Goods Service Tax @ 18 % as currently applicable. Any statutory
variation in the rate of GST at the time of actual dispatch will be to your account.

CUSTOMER SCOPE:
All civil works
Earthing, Cabling, Unloading Etc…
Consumables like diesel etc.

CANCELLATION TERMS:
In-case of order cancellation due to any unavoidable circumstances pertaining to the customer,
cancellation charges @2.5% on order basic value and it’s proportionate GST will be charged/deducted
from Advance paid on the basis of a debit Invoice raised by Max Power Services.

VALIDITY
Our offer shall remain valid till 10 days from the date of issue and would be subject to our confirmation
in writing thereafter.

DELIVERY
2 weeks from the date of receipt of your Techno-commercially clear & firm Purchase Order along with
advance, subject to Force Majeure condition and unforeseen delay which is beyond our / suppliers
control.
PAYMENT
30 % advance along with the purchase order & balance 70 % against our Performa before dispatch by
RTGS / DD infavour of M/s. Max Power Services Pvt Ltd,
Note:- Any form of advance payments will attract GST.

WARRANTY:
The warranty is for 24 months from commissioning or 5000 hours of operation whichever is earlier,
subject to use of Kirloskar K Oil Premium, Kirloskar genuine filters, K cool super plus and services
sourced through KOEL authorised Service Dealer. Other terms & conditions for warranty shall be as per
KOEL. Standard Warranty Policy (enclosed).

Note: In-case the Genset is utilized without completion of Commissioning procedurals, the warranty
benefits on the said Genset is liable to be cancelled.

REVALIDATION POLICY:
Genset revalidation is required where Genset is not commissioned at customer’s end beyond 6 months
from the date of Supply Invoice. Consumables ( Oil, Lube oil filter & Fuel filters),rubber components and
other spares would be replaced if required based on the un-utilized period as advised by Service Dealer.
The above said Revalidation is chargeable for both material and labor.

Limiting Clause: The Genset need to be commissioned within 18 months from the date of supply to
ensure warranty benefits beyond which the same stands canceled.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Cash payment will not be accepted
2. Any form of payment will be accepted from respective billing party account only.
3. All orders are subject to our Order Acceptance in writing.
4. All offers and orders are subject to the General Terms & condition of sale.
5. Any amount received as advance from the Customer / Purchaser is for mobilization of the order
& will not attract any interest thereof.
6. All disputes and / or differences arising out of the order / Contract against our Offer shall
be referred to Arbitration under Arbitration & Conciliation ACT 1996 And/or any statutory
modification in force thereof and such arbitration are Subject to Chennai Jurisdiction.
