Elephants’ Story
Elephants are the biggest land animals alive today. Elephants have an amazing nose called a
trunk. They have beautiful teeth called tusks. Elephants have big ears they can spread out in
the breeze to keep themselves cool. Their legs are like tree trunks. Elephants live in grassland,
deserts and forests. Elephants love to eat bamboos and sugarcanes. They eat grass too.
Elephants are endangered species, which means they are not as many of them as there sued to
be. Elephants are hunted for their ivory tusks, which are highly valued.
