GENERAL
The mini damper will be made on the truck and chassis supplied by your company, it will have a capacity of at least 2.5 m3 and will be able to collect garbage from narrow streets and traffic areas. Technical Specification contains, upper structure, sub frame, damper body, hydraulic equipment and electrical installation.
VEHICLE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

AUXILARY CHASSIS
It shall be made of rectangular profiles with a thickness of 3 mm and shall be connected to the vehicle chassis by plates.
DAMPER BODY
Damper base frame shall be made of St.37 sheet material and minimum thickness 3 mm, sides and back cover shall be made of St.37 sheet material with 3 mm thickness. The rear of the dumper case can be lifted by approximately between 42-85º, and there will be a alarm threat system in the hydraulic in the case of the lifting limits. When the damper casing raised up, it will not fall down because of its own weight. The rear and side sections of the damper frame are reinforced with metal sheet profiles against horizontal loads, the side covers shall be hinged and locked. A ladder will be made of a suitable location on the body, in order to reach the damper body. There will be safety locking system to lock dampers for maintenance and repairs.
HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENT
Damper elevation process will be done with two double acting cylinders. Operating Pressure will be 140 bar. The cylinders will be of a diameter that will easily lift the damper case, even when the damper is fully loaded. The balance of the vehicle shall be provide of 2 balance feet (outrigger) mounted at the rear end of the sub frame. The damper lifting system cannot be operated without opened the balance feet to the ground and the balance feet cannot be closed without the damper landing. The hydraulic system will be driven by the ELECTROHYDRICAL power unit.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Lifting and landing of the damper body and the outriggers shall be operated from the electrical board on located in front of the damper.

WORKING MECHANISM OF THE DAMPER
There will be electric control panel in the system.
When the release button is pressed, the balance legs will be pressed on the ground and the lifting cylinder will move and complete the unloading process until the damper case is empty. When the damper landing button is pressed, the casing will descend first then the balance legs will close.
