evaluated corresponding 431 RPNs for different subsystems, based on its cause and severity, reliability evaluation of the
overall product and circulation of recommended product design changes with internal/external stakeholders for
implementation. Compliance with region-wise applicable international standards for the design validation.

Title: Sizing and optimization of Energy Storage for ABB Microgrid application
Role: Design Engineer - Accountable for feasibility evaluation, system engineering, calculation of energy balance, proper sizing
of the system and its balance of system (Bi-directional inverter, coupling transformer, FDAS and HVAC) for a given application.
Stationary application - An increase of ~20% and ~34% of energy storage in 20ft. and 40ft. ISO HC container respectively and
provide technical support for overall system integration and commissioning.
Automotive application - Proposed an increase in energy density by ~25% by disruptive design in battery casing design within
the stipulated dimensions. Identified 23 safety-critical components, their standard & non-standard operating condition and
derating evaluation of the system based upon the deployment region. Recommended protection devices for safe operation at
higher altitudes.

Role: Performed rigorous market research, SWOT analysis and identified applicable compliance of the international standards,
assisting marketing/sales team in positioning the product application-wise as well as region-wise globally.

to abrupt change in load current condition
