    WORK EXPERIENCE

    • HSE Officer, Daqing Drilling Company (DQDC). Aug.2021 – present


     Implementation of ROO & DQ health and safety policy at rig site.
     Supervision in all the critical and non-routine operations.
     Preparation of daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly HSE reports.
     Ensuring daily inspection of crane, forklift and rig site.
     Conducting inspection of all the heavy vehicles arriving at rig site.
     Daily training to the crew, based on the training calendar.
     Updating training matrix on the daily basis.
     Conducting emergency mock drills at rig site, including fire, H2S, First aid security, Spill,
    BOP etc.
     Ensuring third party inspection of all the lifting and WAH equipments.
     Conducting weekly inspections as per inspection calendar.
     Conducting pre tour meetings and aware the crew about hazards in upcoming operations.
     Implementation of STOP system at rig site.
     Giving safety induction to all the visitors at rig site.
     Ensuring PPE compliance at the worksite.
     Insurance of PTW system for all the non-routine operations.
     Carrying out at least one self-verification a day.
     Inspection of all third party equipment on arrival in the rig site
     Ensuring Complying to COVID-19 Procedure and instructions in rig site
     Ensuring performing COVID-19 Rapid test for all visitors
     Issuing Daily Body Temperature Record.

    • Casing Operator, Daqing Drilling Company (DQDC). Feb.2021 – Aug.2021


     Inspection, cleaning and lubricating the power unit and power tong.
     Inspect the dies and make sure if their size is right before move to the rig site.
     Inspect shackles and slings and ensure their integrity before work.
     Preparing PTW in coordination with HSE supervisors.
     Aware the crew about the potential work hazards during work.
     Rig up and rig down casing equipment and tools.
     Work as banksman and give signals to the crane driver.
     Connecting the hydraulic hoses and confirm that tighten well by hammer.
     Connecting the Jam Unit to the power tongs.
     Inspect and check casing threads and make sure that there is a thread protector.
     Working on the power toning & tubing tong and monitoring the torque gauge.
     Supervision on lifting operation of equipments to the vehicle.
     Prepare gate pass in coordination with camp boss.
