    Dear Mr. Vivek,

    Further to our discussions, we have pleasure in offering you the position of Software Developer. This offer
    takes effect from your date of joining, which shall not be later than 30th July 2022.

    Your compensation package during your contract with Billion Lives will be as per Annexure.

    As per our organization policy, the probation period applicable to you shall be three (3) months. During
    probation, the period of notice required for termination is 30 days on either side, subsequent to which the
    notice period will be 60 days. You will also be eligible for an one-time retention bonus of INR 50,000/- if and
    when you complete a tenure of one year with us. In subsequent years you will be eligible for a discretionary
    incentive package.

    We welcome you to our organization and look forward to your contribution to the growth of the organization
    and yourself.

    On or before the date of joining, please provide the following documents for verification / submission.
    1. Original and copies of educational certificates, mark sheets and identity/address-proof certificates.
    2. Relieving letter & experience certificate from previous employer[s], if any.
