FELICITATION TO THE MEMBERS WHO HAVE SUCCESSFULLY

It has already been requested by Shri Krishan K Yadav, Secretary General, All India Civil
Accounts Employees Association (AICAEA), Central Headquarters; New Delhi to all Branches of
the country to felicitate the members who have successfully cleared AAO (Civil) CBT2022 in
promotion of the decades old tradition of the Associations of Civil Accounts Organisations
functioning under the united banner of NFCAA.
The Secretary General, All India Civil Accounts Employees Association (AICAEA) has also
indicated in his WhatsApp message that the decision has been taken in consultation with the
National Executive Members of All India Civil Accounts Employees Association (AICAEA) and
the Chief Executives of National Federation of Civil Accounts Associations (NFCAA). He further
informed that, keeping the perspective of promotion of unity of AICAEA and AICAEA CAT -II
and the Branches of NFCAA shall organise the felicitation program.
Dear Comrades, it is more than two decades now, the National Federation of Civil Accounts
Associations (NFCAA) is in existence as the united platform of All India Civil Accounts
Employees Association(AICAEA) and All India Civil Accounts Employees Association Category II
(AICAEA CAT-II). It is functioning as the icon of unity among various categories of Group-C,
Non-gazetted and AAOs. The NFCAA is having a long history of struggle and achievements
during the last two decades. In the matter of reopening of the AAO (Civil) Examination in the
form of AAO (Civil) CBT 2022 the NFCAA had played its due role. On the prime demand of 1 st

Cadre Review of Group –B and C cadres, NFCAA has been in the struggle and the Cadre review
could be achieved through united struggle under the banner of NFCAA only. The AAO (Civil)
CBT 2022 passed candidates would step in as AAOs in different offices soon once they are
promoted. It is expected that in the next two months they would be granted the promotion. As
such they shall become eligible to become the members of AICAEA CAT II which is one of the
constituents of NFCAA. It is thus most appropriate that the NFCAA should greet the newly
passed AAO (Civil) CBT 2022 members and welcome them in the AICAEA CAT-II.
Therefore, all the Branches of the NFCAA across the country are requested to organise the
felicitation programme in the following manner:-
1. Programme to be organised in a centralised place.
 2. Date of the programme should be finalised in consultation with the Central
Headquarters of NFCAA especially the Secretary Generals of all the three forums so that
representatives of the Central Headquarters could take part in the programme.
3. A centrally prepared citation is to be presented to the successful candidates on behalf of
the NFCAA and its affiliates AICAEA and AICAEA CAT-II. The requisition for the number
of citations is to be informed to Central headquarters well in advance.
In the places where the NFCAA Branches are non-functional due to various technical reasons or
the Branches of AICAEA and AICAEA CAT II have already been declared defunct by the Central
headquarters due to non-functioning, felicitation of candidates in those stations by
congratulating and presenting the citation shall be endeavoured to arrange by the central
headquarters directly.

श्री कृष्ण के यादव, महासतिव, अखखल भारिीय नागररक लेखा कमयिारी संघ (एआईसीएईए), केंद्रीय मुख्यालय
द्वारा पहले ही अनुरोध तकया जा िुका है ; नई तदल्ली दे श की सभी शाखाओं को उन सदस्यों को सम्मातनि करने के
तलए तजन्ोंने एनएफसीएए के संयुक्त बैनर के िहि काम कर रहे नागररक लेखा संगठनों के संघों की दशकों
पुरानी परं परा को बढावा दे ने के तलए एएओ (तसतवल) सीबीटी2022 को सफलिापूवयक मंजूरी दी है ।
अखखल भारिीय नागररक लेखा कमयिारी संघ (AICAEA) के महासतिव ने भी अपने व्हाट् सएप संदेश में संकेि
तदया है तक यह तनर्यय अखखल भारिीय नागररक लेखा कमयिारी संघ (AICAEA) के राष्ट्रीय काययकारी सदस्यों और
राष्ट्रीय संघ के मुख्य काययकारी अतधकाररयों के परामशय से तलया गया है । नागररक लेखा संघों (एनएफसीएए) के।
उन्ोंने आगे बिाया तक AICAEA और AICAEA CAT-II और NFCAA की शाखाओं की एकिा को बढावा दे ने के
दृतष्ट्कोर् को ध्यान में रखिे हुए सम्मान काययक्रम आयोतजि तकया जाएगा।
तप्रय सातियों, अब दो दशक से अतधक समय हो गया है , नेशनल फेडरे शन ऑफ तसतवल अकाउं ट्स एसोतसएशन
(एनएफसीएए) अखखल भारिीय नागररक लेखा कमयिारी संघ (एआईसीएईए) और अखखल भारिीय नागररक
लेखा कमयिारी संघ श्रेर्ी II (एआईसीएईए सीएटी) के संयुक्त मंि के रूप में अखित्व में है । -तद्विीय)। यह ग्रुप-सी,
अराजपतिि और एएओ की तवतभन्न श्रेतर्यों के बीि एकिा के प्रिीक के रूप में कायय कर रहा है । एनएफसीएए
का तपछले दो दशकों के दौरान संघर्य और उपलखियों का एक लंबा इतिहास रहा है । एएओ (तसतवल) सीबीटी
2022 के रूप में एएओ (तसतवल) परीक्षा को तफर से खोलने के मामले में एनएफसीएए ने अपनी उतिि भूतमका
तनभाई िी। ग्रुप-बी और सी कैडर की पहली कैडर समीक्षा की प्रमुख मां ग पर, एनएफसीएए संघर्य में रहा है और
कैडर समीक्षा केवल एनएफसीएए के बैनर िले संयुक्त संघर्य के माध्यम से प्राप्त की जा सकिी है । एएओ
(तसतवल) सीबीटी 2022 उत्तीर्य उम्मीदवार पदोन्नि होने के बाद जल्द ही तवतभन्न कायाय लयों में एएओ के रूप में
कदम रखेंगे। उम्मीद है तक अगले दो महीनों में उन्ें पदोन्नति दे दी जाएगी। इस प्रकार वे AICAEA CAT II के
सदस्य बनने के योग्य हो जाएं गे जो NFCAA के घटकों में से एक है । इस प्रकार यह सबसे उपयुक्त है तक
एनएफसीएए को उत्तीर्य एएओ (तसतवल) सीबीटी 2022 सदस्यों का अतभवादन करना िातहए और एआईसीएईए
कैट- II में उनका स्वागि करना िातहए।
इसतलए, दे श भर में एनएफसीएए की सभी शाखाओं से अनुरोध है तक वे तनम्नतलखखि िरीके से सम्मान काययक्रम

1. काययक्रम केंद्रीकृि स्िान पर आयोतजि तकया जाए

2. काययक्रम की तिति को एनएफसीएए के केंद्रीय मुख्यालय तवशेर् रूप से िीनों मंिों के महासतिवों के
परामशय से अंतिम रूप तदया जाना िातहए िातक केंद्रीय मुख्यालय के प्रतितनतध कायय क्रम में भाग ले सकें।

3. एनएफसीएए और उसके सहयोगी एआईसीएईए और एआईसीएईए कैट-II की ओर से सफल

तजन स्िानों पर तवतभन्न िकनीकी कारर्ों से एनएफसीएए शाखाएं गैर-कायाय त्मक हैं या एआईसीएईए और
एआईसीएईए सीएटी II की शाखाएं काम न करने के कारर् केंद्रीय मुख्यालय द्वारा पहले ही तनखिय घोतर्ि कर
दी गई हैं , उन स्टे शनों में उम्मीदवारों का अतभनंदन और प्रिुतिकरर् प्रशखि पि को सीधे केंद्रीय मुख्यालय
द्वारा तविररि करने का प्रयास तकया जाएगा।
