    Job Summary:

    We are looking for Python with R developers to build functional and efficient server-side
    applications. Python developer responsibilities include participating in all phases of the
    software development lifecycle and interfacing with the client as and when the need arises.

    Your goal is to create high-quality applications that meet and exceed customer needs.

    Key responsibilities:

    ● Help build applications in Python and R


    ● Have solid working knowledge of at least one or more Python web frameworks such
    as Django, Flask, RESTful APIs etc...
    ● Good familiarity with ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
    ● Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
    ● Working with open source databases such as PostgreSQL, etc.
    ● Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
    ● Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc…
    ● Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and
    CSS3
    ● Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
    ● Good knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems,
    servers, and environments.
    ● Working knowledge of scalable applications.
    ● Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
    ● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN.
    ● Follow/maintain an agile methodology for delivering on project milestones.
    ● Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements.
    ● Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
    ● Expertise in OOPS will be an added advantage.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    ● Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.


    ● Hands-on work experience with: Python, R, and PostgreSQL.
    ● Knowledge of Flask, Django, Javascript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Azure,
    Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices would be a plus.
    ● Working knowledge of Python libraries like Num-Py and tools like Pandas.
    ● Good knowledge of caching technologies like Redis and queues like Kafka, SQS, MQ
    etc.
    ● Knowledge of Big Data, Hadoop would be a plus.
    ● You should be a creative problem-solver.

    Key Traits:
    ● Should have excellent communication skills.
    ● Should be self motivated and willing to work as part of a team.
    ● Should be able to collaborate and coordinate in a remote environment.
    ● Be a problem solver and be proactive to solve the challenges that come his way.
