 Students Orientation, the same assignment last school year 2017-2018
 Leader for flag ceremony, prayer for Muslims and flag retreat is assigned by section. June

 Fr. Aldrin: Follow the Dep.Ed time for flag ceremony at 7;15 A.M
 When the bell is ringing, those students and teachers who don’t able to enter inside the gate
are considered as late, 50 pesos each late (morning & afternoon) for teachers. 3 lates is
equivalent to 1 absent for students.
 Maam Agnes: The Core Values should be recited during homeroom in the afternoon. The
remedial classes will be conducted during homeroom time, excuse those students that need
for remedial.

whole month activities

 Tents are needed to buy as soon as possible
 During exams there were lots of students who cheated

 In rating the student’s activity, consider the language it should be 2.5 for Framing concept and
2.5 for Lifelong learning
 Starting tomorrow July 28, 2018, anyone who caught thrown garbages at the back of the
school building should pay 5pesos / garbage
 The recess time should have an interval because of higher number of students

G11 BRIEGA - The boys have a proper haircut and shows a good behavior. During HPTA, parents
are thankful for the good discipline of their daughter/son here in school. They have (two) 2 peso
contribution for their weekly due, 1 floorwax for 3x, and HPTA project contribution is 120 pesos. They
remove their damaged windows, table and chairs are okay.
G11 ST. CLARET- The adviser is still observing the behavior of the students. Maverick Cisneros is
pe at the pale. The adviser is approachable about his hair. Sit plan is well arrange. It has one
monoblock chair damaged by the student. There is no balde and dustpan. Parents are complaining of
120 contibution, they prefer 100. They have (one) 1 peso contributions for their weekly due.
and another 5 peso for Self Help Group.
G10 CLOTET- There are two exist chairs. Their behavior is okay compared before. Bashrie Pakasi is
absent this week because he is involved in trouble “redo”. Jollrick Rabaca went to Zamboanga City
for important matters. Two students are always absent. They agree of the 120 peso for HPTA project
contribution. Area of Responsibility is divided into three (3) groups, they swap every month. They
have (one) 1 peso contributions for their weekly due.
G9- QUEREXETA- Christians and Muslims are not agreeing to one another, their sitting arrangement
is Muslim-Christian, that’s why it’s difficult for the adviser to manage the class. Christians are
participative while Muslims are not even in cleaning time. Ambil is always skipping during classes.
They have an extra chair; they don’t have a cleaning materials box. Abiddin has a chicken fox. They
agree the 120 HPTA project contributions.
G9- XIFRE- In terms of behavior, they are responsible enough to do tasks. They are planning to buy
trashcan. They agree the 120 HPTA project contribution, six (6) students were paid. They have (two)
2 peso contributions for their weekly due.
G8 GALLARDO- Their table inside the classroom has damaged, the adviser suggested to put a
braces. They are requesting for electric fan. It’s only seven (7) parents who attended the HPTA
meeting. Madjakin Nuhman is always late. Grade 8 Gallardo class is always behind in math. They
have four 4 peso contributions for their weekly due.
. Their HPTA project contribution is 100 peso, seven (7) students were paid.
G8 SALA- They are responsible enough to clean their area. Rakib Mubin brought a condom inside
the classroom during class. They agree the 120 HPTA project contributions. They are planning to put
curtains in the windows, parents suggested 30 peso contribution. They are planning to buy pale and
tabo.
G7 FABREGAS- There are no problems in their behavior. There are two (2) students can’t read.
Parents are asking an assistance to teach their child in reading. Chairs are complete during first day
of class then last Tuesday five (5) chairs were lost. They have (two) 2 peso contributions for their
weekly due.
G7 VILARO- Their behaviors are okay, they are comfortable of their classroom. They are required by
their adviser to bring a potted plants and cleaning materials. They agree the 120 HPTA project
contributions. They have (two) 2 peso contributions for their weekly due.
Ma’am Meralyn: Grade 7 students are crowded during Rel. Ed class; the teacher needs a big
classroom to accommodate the students.
Sir Rabaca: Remind the students who have already 5 above late they need to have a community
service. Irfan Ambil is always absent and remind him always when he seated improperly.
Ma’am Agnes: We need to control the boys of G9 Querexeta and G10 Clotet because they are
always getting out during classes hour. Put the seat plan on the teacher’s table.
2. July Activities
 Theme: “Ugaliing magtanim, sapat na nutrisyon aanihin”
 July 2, 2018- Nutrition month opening
 July 6, 2018- Essay writing contest, 200- 250 maximum words, 1 participant for English
category and 1 participant for Filipino category.
 July 13, 2018- Slogan contest, 1 participant for English category and 1 participant for Filipino
category.
 July 19, 2018- Symposium
 July 27, 2018- Mural painting contest, two participants each section. The participants will
provide their own materials, ½ cardboard size.
 July 31- Nutrition month culmination
 Mascot contest- recycled materials (any vegetables or fruits)
 Both making contest- In charge of the criteria and area, Sir Domen
 Vegetable salad making contest- In charge of the criteria, Sir Domen, everthing will be done at
your booth by section.
 Zumba contest- 7- 10 minutes music, 29 -63 participants, Sir Mark Anthony Domen will release
the criteria next week.

G12 Sola- They agreed 5 pesos /garbage. The adviser joined in making the booth. Their total income
is 2,364php and the remaining is 2,234php.
G11 St. Claret- The issue of Mark Kevin Caindog and Hajim Maddas is already settled. They are
thankful because they won the zumba dance contest. Their total income is 2,290php and the
remaining is 1,531php.
G11 Briega- Their problem is absences due to sickness and family problem. Adnan Juddain is
absent for almost 1 month, accordingly he will go to school on Monday because he is already stable.
Yashir Muhammad, they heard that he attended the seminar of SK kagawad in Zamboanga City.
Sangkalahan didn’t come to school since June. As of now the adviser don’t have problems of their
behavior. Normie Macay is able to get money from the income of their booth. The remaining of their
money is 2,110php.
G10 Clotet- The problem of Sitti Aisa and Ainie Hadjala is absences. The adviser will arrange again
the sitting arrangement. On July 25, 2019, Rhyne Estomagulang enter the class while he got drunk.
Reynante Taguba, Rhyne Estomagulang, Allan John Pahinte were stand by at the “budiga” below the
center stairway of the building. Rhyne Estomagulang is smoking inside of the Briega’s booth. Joefaith
Padiera, Marklein Pascua, Rhyne Estomagulang and Reymark Requilme are drinking. Hadzmin
Muccaddaman is kicking the door of their classroom because accordingly “the pila is unfair”. Bashry
Pakasi is already transferred. Their total income is 1, 998php and the remaining is 2,000php.
G9 Xifre- The only concern is most beloved student Alfaravie Alih has a frequent absences. They are
all moved-on of what happened during culmination. Their total income is 1, 050php and the remaining
is 1,050php.
G9 Querexeta- The problem of the adviser is the sitting arrangement of the Christians and Muslims is
still separated. They are complaining of their area because accordingly it is wide. Their behavior is
okay, they are just participating. The problem of Ambil is absences. Rina is not able to take the
exams. They are happy because they got the 3rd place in salad making contest. Their income is
unaccounted.
G8 Sala- As of now, their behaviors are unexpectedly changing. Faiza Haping, Yunos Samao and
Mike Angelo Domen have been to Buli-Buli while the adviser didn’t informed earlier. They are happy
because they got the 2nd place in zumba dance contest. As of now, the adviser don’t have any
problem about their absences. Their total income is 1,859php and the remaining is 1,859php.
G8 Gallardo- The problem is the behavior of the boys. The adviser let them practice on their own.
They don’t have any participant in mural painting contest. It’s very noisy during classes especially the
boys. They don’t clean their area if the adviser is not around, they clean if the adviser is there while
they are cleaning. They agreed the 3x is 1 floorwax. Malun Ahmad is bullying the student of G7
Vilaro. There is a “tirang sigarilyo” inside the classroom, Asmad Appi has a cigarette according to his
classmate. Their total income is 1,160php and the remaining is 1,160php.
G7 Vilaro- The adviser don’t have any problem about their behavior because they are very active and
participative in terms of the different activities. There were no problems when they made their booth
because they helped each one another. They were very satisfied of the entire activity, happy and
fruitful. Their total income is 1,417php and the remaining is 1, 417php.
G7 Fabregas- As of now, there are no problem in absences. The problem of the students from Tikus
Elementary School is they don’t know how to read, they need remedial classes especially Bidur Malik
and Uyung Adzwan. Reesa Salbin and Husni Kawilil are need to separate their sitting arrangement
because they are very noisy. The suspect of getting their “marang” fruit are Bashrie Kunam and
Jomad Anama.Their total income is 1,199php and the remaining is 1,199php.
Ma’am Meralyn: The Vilaro section is participative. The answers of Sudais Abdusalam in his activity
notebook are confusing. The Fabregas section has almost the same answer in their activity notebook,
they usually abbreviate the heading of their activity. The mother of the student who died earlier is
inquiring if how much is the remaining balance of her son.
Sir Rabaca- If there is urgent cases, the advisory first to talk. There are students from G10 Clotet and
G9 Querexeta who are selling cigarette inside the school campus. Reymark Requilme, Joefaith
Padiera, Marklein Pascua and Nasral Kaddalan are suspended for two (2) weeks. Rhyne
Estomagulang is subject for suspension. Allan John Pahinte is warning and Mark Kevin Caindog will
render a community service for two (2) weeks in every 8- 3PM.
2. Nutrition Month Evaluation
 It’s good, the mascot is “bongga”, enjoy and happy, the booth is unique and amazing.
 Everyone is comfortable with the tent
 The activities are good because of the theme relatedness
 Sound system is out of control, sometimes the music is not playing
 Everyone is not aware of the time we started late, next time be time- conscious
 Plan B next time there should have a back-up generator
 The participants of mural painting and slogan are almost copying from the internet
 Suggestions: Next time the maximum of essay writing is 100-150 words.
 Suggestions: Next time add another colors of the curtains for the stage decoration
3. August Activities
 Theme: “Filipino, ang wika ng saliksik”
 On August 10, 2018 at 1:30PM is the Pagsusulat ng Sanaysay contest- 50 words and above
according to the participant’s IQ level.
 On August 17, 2018 at 1:30PM is the Pagsusulat ng Salawikain contest- according to the
participant’s IQ level
 On August 17, 2018 at 1:30PM is the Paggawa ng Karatula- 2 participants, any students is
allowed to join the contest
 On August 9-29, 2018 at 3:00PM is the Broadcasting Contest- 7 participants, 2 anchor and 5
reporters (pamanahon/ weather, sports, local, pandaigdig, and lathalain/ feature news)
 On August 31, 2018 is the Boses Mo Katunog Ko contest- 1 participant
 On August 31, 2018 is the Street Dancing contest- international traditional concept, street: 5-7

G12 Sola- The moderator is enjoy with the team, he wasn’t stress during preparation.
G11 St. Claret- Ruaisa Ambil and Irfan Ambil are always absent. The adviser and the grandfather of
Irfan has an agreement that if he don’t go to school, he might be dropped out.
G11 Briega- Adnan Juddain has go back to school since last week. The team contribution is not
enough to provide the needs of the team.
G10 Clotet- Ainie Hadjala has already 40 absences and Sitti Aisa Mustafa has 45 absences. Rances
Limbin is already transferred out. Not everyone is paid of their team contribution. Their efforts are
worth it because they are champion of the street dancing contest and they are happy and enjoy.
G9 Xifre- They are planning to buy all purpose trashcan. Trixie Ando is refusing to be a participant of
the “Boses Mo Katunog Ko” but at the end she won. It was first time experience of the adviser
handling street dancing competition. The adviser is needed to talk to Alfaravie Alih because he smoke
last few days.
G9 Querexeta- Fharhana Bayan and Rina Mahmud are wanted to stop schooling. It’s first time of the
adviser to experience the activities, he amazed.
G8 Sala- Faiza Haping and Misna Hassan are always late. Yunos Samao got drunk during
preparation for culmination. The moderator is stressful because the music is not good during
presentations. The plan for their prizes is to sell manchkin, yema and other to have a fund for
intramurals.
G8 Gallardo- Hissam Piruh is not helping in their area of responsibility. They are improving especially
their performances in Math. Sometimes, Mark Kevin Caindog is not participating in the team building.
Ambil is doing his task that given to him by the moderator.
G7 Vilaro- Halifa Hamsalan is admitted in the hospital, his father ask if his daughter can take a
special exam. Hamra Hamjalun is admitted also in the hospital for two times due to heart attack.
G7 Fabregas- The problem of the students from Tikus Elementary School are absences. The adviser
is sleepless because she help to sew the costumes of her participants.

Ma’am Meralyn- She wasn’t able to bond together with the team because she is very busy in doing
the invitations, programs and sewing the costumes of their participants.
Sir Rabaca- Thankful of their team because they help each other. Enjoy and satisfied of the
presentations.
2. Buwan ng Wika Evaluation
 Improving compared last year
 Good and best performances, amazing, enjoy and everyone is happy
 Lack of man power, sound system, preparations days of practices and time
 Everyone is stressful, somebody don’t know what to do first
 Suggestions: Next time check the generator first before the proper program starts
 Next time it needs also to buy chords for each station
 Music should be in the laptop in one folder to find easily
 Be aware of the others belief and traditions when it comes to clothing or costumes especially
Muslims
 Be aware also of the Muslim holidays, avoid letting the students go to school for practices if
they have an important celebrations and others
 We didn’t able to recognize the other contest like poster making, slogan and pag-aawit
because we are really focusing on the street dance contest
 During practices the moderator should be the one to hold the microphone not the student
 Everyone gets stranded in the first station because it was very crowded

G12 Sola- Mujir is already back to school. They decided to use mapper instead of floorwax in
cleaning the classroom.
G11- Briega- Haisan is always absent. Adnan Juddain is admitted in the hospital
G11 St. Claret- Zaldy Husin, Marklein Pascua, Nasral Kaddalan are needed to do more efforts to
pass. Fharhana Mahmud is always absent because it’s hard for her to get a ride to school. The new
accelerated students are Jolly Mark Rosa, Jezrel Catibod, John Carlo Mata, Hapija Dakkat and
Radzma Madjakin. Mark Kevin Caindog is smoking inside the CR according to Sir Domen
G10 Clotet- Rhyne Estomagulang is failed in other subjects. Nulhiba Taing and Sitti Aisa Mustafa are
wanted to stop schooling
G9 Querexeta- Ambil is always absent and her grades are almost failed. Reymark Requilme and
John Carlo Mata are accelerated to G11 and Halim to G10. The adviser talks Rina Mahmud that she
need to have a good grades in 2nd quarter. Farhand Bayan went to Zamboanga City because she
don’t want to continue schooling.
G9 Xifre- Alfaravie Alih is failed on the other subjects. There are students that failed on the other
subjects.
G8 Gallardo- There are nine (9) students who received failed grades, the adviser talks to them to
comply. Piruh Hissam is absent for almost 1 week due to work. Acalul Yasher is failed in all subjects.
G8 Sala- Faiza Haping received a low grades. The adviser talks her mother accordingly why is it that
her daughter is always late even she let her daughter going to school early and usually she’s late
went home?”. The activity notebook of Rachelle Mae Awing has checked already even her adviser
wasn’t able to check it.
G7 Fabregas- Jahirin Taarun is always absent. There are two (2) students are cutting classes during
time of Sir John Paul. The adviser talks the parents, accordingly don’t let their child go outside. Husni
Kawilil is able to come to school yesterday after the motor accident.
G7 Vilaro- Jairulla Raisa wasn’t go to school for almost one (1) month. Sudais Abdusalam, Hadzmin
Wara and Annur Manjali have a problem of their grades.
Sir Rabaca- Beringuer and Ando family are always late. Follow up the absences and late of the
students.
Ma’am Meralyn- The activity notebook of Nursada Tadjakkalin has checked already even she wasn’t
able to check it.

G12 Sola- It’s seldom to meet the students. Abusaad is not attending the class since intramurals.
Samer Aspali is taking the exam but he didn’t answer the questions. Daud and John are always
absent. Espital Heneral and Samer Mawasi are not complying other subjects.
G11 St. Claret- The adviser didn’t always meet her advisory because of team building. They are still
doing their tasks in cleaning the area. Irfan Ambil and the adviser has an agreement that if he will
always absent, he will be dropped out. He didn’t participate during intramurals week.
G11 Briega- The adviser didn’t able to meet her advisory class because of the team building. Farha
Yusop, Normie Macay and Usman are planning to transfer to other school. Most of the boys were
absent during intramurals, the adviser will talk the boys tomorrow.
G10 Clotet- Nulhiba Taing will stop her study. Nurhafizah Masihul didn’t able to take the exam
because she went to Cebu. More than Eighty (80) floorwax are collected during signing.
G9 Xifre- Earl Beringuer has two (2) weeks absent, he didn’t able to pass his requirements. Alfaravie
Alih don’t want to continue schooling, he didn’t take the exams.
Ma’am Meralyn- She didn’t able to give performance for the other students.
Sir Rabaca- The T- shirts of CSTP will be releasing tomorrow

 There are some students who don’t have an intramurals uniform

 Successful, satisfied and improving compared last year, the program was still going on even it
was raining
 They won the soccer game
 They felt pressure of the decoration because of the rain
 The program of the 50th Golden Anniversary was delayed because of the bad weather

 Stressful yet fulfilling, stressful because of the preparation especially showdown and the
weather, fulfilling because of the cash gift

G11 St. Claret- Irfan Ambil is dropped out and Zaldy Husin is excluded in the school. Others are
active in cleaning while others are not. They are thankful because they won the modern dance
contest.
G11 Briega- Adnan Juddain wasn’t able to school since Christmas party. Adzmar Saalul also wasn’t
able to school. The adviser was disappointed during family day because of some reasons.
G10 Clotet- Joefaith Padiera and Raima Anjalal have 40 absences. During family day, there were
only one (1) parent. Hadzmin and the group are always stand by at the back of power house.
G9 Xifre- Alfaravie Alih is always absent, the mother talks by the adviser. Earl Beringuer has no exam
and performance tasks.
G9 Querexeta- John Ray Padiera is always absent. One time, Reynante Taguba and John Ray
Padiera got drunk and went to school. They were happy and enjoy during Family day.
G8 Sala- They know how to initiate like decorating their classroom. They were also happy and enjoy
during Family day.
G8 Gallardo- Hissam Piruh and Asliun Waid have no performance in all subjects. Ericson Beringuer
has no exam. The table and windows are damaged. Others are not participating in modern dance
contest.
G7 Vilaro- Anjam Marhuma is always absent for almost two (2) weeks. The adviser don’t have any
problem in terms of cleaning their respective areas. They were happy and satisfied during family day
because their parents are very supportive.
G7 Fabregas- Two boys are dropped out. Husni Kawilil has fourty (40) absences, the letter has no
response. Hafidz Saraban, Adzwan Uyung and Nur-izah Uyung are always absent. Munawwal
Kawilil, Margan Muslain and Alhamzer Ippung are always cutting classes, the parents talk by the
adviser. Margan Muslain gets the T-shirt without the approval of the adviser. They were happy during
Family day because there many parents who joined.

G12 Sola- Heneral Rusna has a problem in her grades. Samir Mawasi has failed in 2 nd semester.
Justin Viaca and the group have a mis-understanding. Samir Mawasi creates conflict with Alman Mijal
G11 St. Claret- John Carlo has four (4) failed subjects, Marklein Pascua has two (2) failed subjects,
Nasral Kaddalan has three (3) failed subjects and Kennelyn Silvano has two (2) failed subjects.
Sometimes, Nhorhana Mujallani is absent. Jolly Mark Rosa has sick for amost one (1) week. Before
they are all 52 and as of now they are 50.
G11 Briega- Amna Muslimin and Adnan Juddain are dropped out. The adviser and Adzmar Saalul’s
father talks about the status of Adzmar in school. Laisa Suwaib, Kunahi Armin, Antuyan Arjim,
Arabain Arsima, Reymark Requilme, Arabain and Marha have a problems of their grades. Waham
Majid is always absent and failed in all subjects.
G10 Clotet- When the training of the COQC starts, they are behave and responsible. Rhyne
Estomagulang is failed. Before they are all 45 and as of now they are 43.
G9 Xifre- Benjamin Hamja will still continue the school year 2018-2019. Sulaiman, Riana
Venuventura, Marha Sitti Fatra and Earl Beringuer have a problems of their grades. Before they are
all 39 and as of now they are 32.
G9 Querexeta- Reynante Taguba, John Ray Padiera and Kamar Hasan are always absent and failed
almost in all subjects.
G8 Sala- Nihma Kokog is always absent. Cabinet in the classroom is damaged by the students.
Almidzhar Mastalin and Faiza Haping are failed in all subjects.
G8 Gallardo- Ericson Beringuer, Asliun Waid, Hissam Piruh will retain next school year. Bashrie
Kunam, Jomad Anama, Muhajir Andapang and Yasher Acalul have failed in all subjects. Asiya
Sulaiman didn’t able to go to school because she’s still recovering. They repair already their windows
and chair inside the classroom. Before they are all 29 and as of now they are 26.
G7 Vilaro- The adviser is still follow up those students who have failed. Fharhana Lakimin and Nurfija
Agatun are failed.
2. JS Promenade Evaluation
 Improving, level up, pressure, heartbreaking, aching
 Impressive, the decoration wasn’t so stressful
 Satisfied in decoration, overall the best
 Enjoy and happy, emcee are very good just consider the language
 Nobody is checked the foods, food shortage
 Not so satisfying of the booth design
 Next time music should prepared ahead of time
 Cotillion dance is lack of practices
 Next time, visitors table should face at the stage
 Less effort design
 24, 200php is the total collection, 23, 983php is the expenses and 217php is the remaining

 The arrangement is good, the flow of the program is improving
 Communication should be level up also next time
 Check always the foods and water
