    18 The defendant Michael Erin Doty on or about July 27, 2022, in Yamhiil County, Oregon, did unlawfully
    and intentionally attempt, without the consent of C.B., to make or record a photograph and/or record
    19 in visual recording of C.B. while C.B. was in a state of nudity and in a place and circumstances where
    C.B. had a reasonable expectation of personal privacy, to wit: while in a bathroom.

    C.B. had a reasonable expectation of personal privacy to wit: while in a bedroom.
