    A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED ANNUAL INVESTMENT


    PLAN OF THE 5% DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT
    FUND IN RELATION TO SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1
    WHEREAS, The 1987 Constitution and the Local Governement Code (LGC)
    mandates the approval of the Supplemental Investment Plan (AIP) by Local
    Governement Units (LGUs);

    WHEREAS, The Revised Annual Investment Plan of the 5% Barangay


    Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund for Fiscal Year 2021 is endorsed to
    this Body by the Barangay Development Council for final approval;

    WHEREAS, after deliberation on the Revised Annual Investment Plan of the


    5% BDRRM, the Sanggunaing Barangay working in Committe En Banc has found
    that the programs, projects, and activies in the Revised Annual investment plan are
    consisten with the development plan of the Barangay;

    RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish a copy of this resolution thru channel for


    the information and guidance.
