    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN THESE PRESENT:

    I, ALECOR PINILI LORETO, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Lot 4 Blk 20 Sto.
    Rosario Heights, Junob, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND
    APPOINT FERMIN JAMES FLORES EROSIDO, also of legal age, single, and a resident of Flores
    Compound, Lower Junob, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact,
    for me and in my name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of
    the following acts and things to wit:

    - To represent me before the BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR), in connection


    with the applying, processing, follow-up, transfer, update and receive any documents
    pertaining to my REGISTRATION to Bureau of Internal Revenue related issues and
    concern.

    - To process, update information, to avail and change my tax type to 8% TAX Rate of my
    registration to Bureau of Internal Revenue.

    - To make, sign and execute, other writings of whatever nature or kind, with any and all third
    persons, entities or concerns, as well as RECEIVE, ACCEPT and COLLECT, the above-
    cited application, upon terms and conditions acceptable to my said Attorney-In-Fact; And to
    generally do and perform all and every act which may be requite, necessary or proper to carry
    out the above purpose

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
    and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises,
    as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and
    confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
