    Project Title: Local Government Complex

    Design Problem
    To plan & design a local government complex. The political leadership of a progressive
    Component city with a population of 300,000 is planning to re-locate its government center from
    its present site to give way for future expansion of services and development for the city/.

    As a future and promising designer and planner you are encourage to choose the site for the project,
    proposed innovations and considerations specially during this time of pandemic. A post pandemic
    design proposal is highly appreciated.

    The proposed design for the project must embody the local culture and traditions of the city and
    mist be a future forward design without losing its character as monumental and iconic structure of
    the city

    DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

    1. On A4 paper with folder present in writing & illustrations, your site selection criteria
    analysis et.al, your planning considerations, space managemant, site studies, applied
    local codes, and design conceptual analysis.

    2. On A3 size paper or its equivalent, site development plan of the whole local
    government complex. This will be your sheet # 1. The rest of the sheets shall have
    borderlines only. For the title block, write only your; school & college, name,
    yr./section, subject & project title, subject teacher, rating.

    3. Floor Plans; Front & one [1] side elevation; one[1] architectural section of the ff; [use
    scale 1:200m]

    4. PERSPECTIVE of the City Hall and Aerial Perspective.

    5. Prepare Board Presentation

    6. Video Presentation for the said proposal

    Schedule of Accomplishments are as follows;


     Submission of research October 20, 2021
     Floor Plans November 10, 2021
     Elevations and Section November 24, 2021
     Perspectives and Site Development plan December 1, 2021
     Final submission is on December 8, 2021 12 noon.
