Municipality of Buenavista, Province of Marinduque containing an area of THREE
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT (3,698) SQUARE METER, Bounded on
the NW along line 1-2 by lot 3398; along line 2-3 by Lot 3397; along line 3-4 by Lot
3390; on the NE along line 4-5 by Lot 3389; on the SE along line 5-6 by Lot 3402; and
on the SW along line 6-1 by Lot 3400; all of Cad. 723-D, Buenavista Cadastre. This Lot
is covered by Original Certificate of Title No. CLOA-11538 in the name of SPS. TIRSO
F. PRIVADO & LUZVIMINDA R. PRIVADO, with Tax Declaration number 02-2897 (s-
1994) in the name of TIRSO PRIVADO, with an assessed value of 4,000.00;
