Overview
In this analysis report we review the evolution of each hue group and explain how
colours will shi over the coming five seasons, from S/S 22 to S/S 24.
Before we take a deep dive into each hue group, itʼs useful to review the seasonal
palettes as a whole using the Coloro analysis tool. Coloroʼs unique coding system is
organised by how the human eye sees colour, and this enables us to analyse and map
colour from the lightness and chroma levels of any given hue.
Colours will be evenly distributed across the hue wheel for S/S 24. Warmer hues
remain dominant and they centre on the neutral mid-saturation level. Cooler hues are
broadly spread, but there is a noticeable gap between blue and green as teals trend
down.
Chroma levels for S/S 24 are high, with summer brights evenly distributed across the
hue wheel, however mid-tones will dominate overall when compared with A/W 23/24.
Mid- and low-saturation pastels are ones to watch, and these will add newness and
transseasonality across 2024.
