COLLECTING EYE AND PATIENT CARE
ABSTRACT
This project is aimed in developing an Online Eye Bank Information. The entire project has been developed keeping in view of the distributed client server computing technology, in mind. The Eye Donation Agent is to create an e-Information about the donor and organization that are related to donating the eye. It looks on all aspects of employee details, eye bank details, donor details Developed this software by using ASP.Net is used as the front-end tool and SQL Server is used as the back-end tool.
Through this application any person who is interested in donating the eye can register himself in the same way if any organization wants to register itself with this site that can also register. Moreover if any general consumer wants to make request eye online he can also take the help of this site. Admin is the main authority who can do addition, deletion, and modification if required.
The project has been planned to be having the view of distributed architecture, with centralized storage of the database. The application for the storage of the data has been planned. Using the constructs of MS-SQL Server and all the user interfaces have been designed using the ASP.Net technologies.
The database connectivity is planned using the “SQL Connection” methodology. The standards of security and data protective mechanism have been given a big choice for proper usage. The application takes care of different modules and their associated reports, which are produced as per the applicable strategies and standards that are put forwarded by the administrative staff.
The main objective of this application is to automate the complete operations of the Eye Bank. They need maintain hundreds of thousands of records. Also searching should be very faster so they can find required details instantly. MODULES:
1. Admin Login 2. User Registration 3. Employee Details 4. Branch Details 5. Eye Details(Issue and Collection) 6. Stock Details 7. Camp Details 8. Customer Order Details 9. Reports
Admin module: Only admin can access the page. Checks same username and password exists or not and also checks whether all the fields are entered. Admin gets the username and password.
User Registration: The new user registration module include the user id , password, First name, last name, gender, no. of eye, occupation, email, mobile no, address details are store in the database.
Employee Management Module
In this module employee no and last name, first name, middle name, dob, department, salary, number ,street, city, pin code checks whether all the fields are entered If the employee details are invalid, employee is directed to next page or shows the message box “Registration Success”. Branch Details
Input: Branch ID, Place
Process Definition: Checks same branch ID, place and password exists or not and also checks whether all the fields are entered. Donor Details Module Input: Name, Donation ID
Process Definition: This is used to view or add the details of donation .Here you can add the basic details required to mention for donor name, contact no, donation date.
Output: Saved the All details
Stock Module:
Input: Stock no, name, contact, quantity
Process Definition: Here the eye stock information has stored in the system and a unique stock number will be generated from the software.
Output: A separate stock report has generated for the user from the database
Camp Details:
Process Definition: The Camp Information stored in the module, City, camp type, duration, camp members name, location etc..
Report Module:
Introduction: Only Admin can access the page and check the report.
Input: Username, from date, to date
Process Definition: It retrieve’s all the information stored from different tables.
