JIP Highlights
95
The highlight of my Job immersion program the all of the memories made it a success. I
was thankful DPR-Philippine Technology and Sciences staff, instructors, my classmates
for their opportunity and welcome us to their school. I would like to thank the head of the
JIP Sir John Paul Castro, Sir Chris, Ma'am Anna to be a part of the Job Immersion
Program. The Job Immersion Program helps me to improve myself, new learning in
every task, more productive. It's an opportunity I was Job Immersion Program in DPR-
Philippine Technology and Sciences because the DPR-Philippine Technology and
Sciences is the only school in Bulacan that offers hands-on laboratory, new normal
program education through online platforms, has engines and aircraft to maintain. In
short, my Job Immersion Program is that unforgettable, thanks to my co immersionists,
classmates. I apply all learned from the DPR-Philippine Technology and Sciences to my
future aviation job and helps me need to be improved.

Student’s Plan of
Action
101
All I mention help me to work more and strengthen myself for my future and to reach my
goals in my future job in the aviation world. I will apply all I mention to strengthen
myself and get better until to be the best.
102
Reflection
103
When I was a graduate senior in high school, I have no idea course I take in college.
When I was in my first year of college as AMT, I enjoy the lessons and in laboratory
class until my third year of college. Now as Job Immersion Program personnel all of the
knowledge, treats from my classmates, instructors. I apply them in my Job Immersion
Program in school, I help my groupmates, share my idea with them may help our task.
another reflect on my Job Immersion Program is that always have alternate tool if there
was no tool in the tool room. I would thank to my classmates, instructors share their
knowledge, skills an aircraft mechanic. When I was job in aviation, I will apply all I
learned from knowledge until skills that can apply in my future career and I shared my
knowledge to the people willing to learn about as aircraft mechanic in the future.
104
105
MINOR PROBLEM(S)
● Lack of tools.
● When the task is done, we do nothing else. We do is to just look or observe to
another co immersionist to their task.
MAJOR PROBLEM(S)
● There was no major problem encountered.

Suggestions and
Recommendations
DPR Philippine Academy in Technology and Science (DPR-PATS) was established in
1981 by its founder Capt. Daniel P. Rivera, a pioneer military, general aviation,
commercial pilot, flight instructor, test pilot, and a businessman. DPR Philippine
Academy in Technology and Science course offerings are recognized by the Ministry of
Education Culture and Sports (VT-007 s 1990) and the DPR Philippine Academy in
Plaridel Airport, Brgy. Lumang Bayan, Plaridel, Bulacan 3004 Philippines
for school
107
I recommended that the tool room need more personnel to be faster to barrow the
instructors and students. Also, I recommend that need more space for the hangar, or
having one more hangar to ensure to prevent damage for the aircraft when a natural
phenomenon. I suggest that the school need more instructors. because some instructors
have a full schedule, they were no free time to rest except at lunchtime and afternoon
break. And I suggest that need more lights in all of the workplaces to give more lights
when having a laboratory time.
108
Appendices
109
I was excited about curious about what we learn and what our do. Before the Job
Immersion Program, I was nervous with excitement feel at the same time. even we orient
about our Job Immersion Program. They discuss to us is like how many hours do we need
to comply, aircraft to assign to us. In short, It's such an honor to be part of the Job
Immersion Program at DPR-Philippine Technology and Sciences as their Job Immersion
Personnel I had more learns, skills, and improvement to myself. It helps me in my future
job in the aviation world.

Brief Introduction
about Trainee
139
First, I was nervous and worried introduction how the flow program of the Job
Immersion Program. But there was excited with nervous feel and after that I enjoy the
experience the Job Immersion Program in DPR-PATS. The Job Immersion Program is
help to me, because help me to experience the real aviation work or in outside world of
aviation industry. It’s help myself like help the members, more productive, share ideas
knowledge and skills. For me, The purpose of the Job Immersion Program is to enhance
the skills and abilities of trainee. As trainee is not easy to work especially in passengers
airlines, because when your work was not right. Can cause an accident in the plane or
passengers will suffer in the accident. The all skills and knowledge I learned from my
classmates and instructors, I will apply to my future job in aviation and in my future live
and I shared them all to the inspiring aircraft mechanic someday.
