EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

As part of my assignment project, I need to have a duty of running a business.


So, I have decided to become a dropship for clothes online shop. I need to sell the
product to my friends and my family. Selling clothes that had been designed beautifully
by the owner of the shop makes my clients really want to buy the clothes. My objectives
for this business are to make sure that the products that I sell can make my clients
guarantee the products are highly quality and can be recommended to others. I will also
to improve the way I sell the products since my target for the business are not achieved.
I also take the opportunity to improve my self-confidence as I need to sell and talk to
people. I learned to develop my self-image, boost my confidence and gaining new skills
as a result of my engagement at work. As a result, one day, I will choose to stay at retail
industry and for the next time I will make my own product.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

I’ve chosen to selling retail products from an IG shop. The name of the shop is
Tuf.KL. Tuf.KL is a trendy clothing brand that was established on February 16, 2021. I
picked this firm since, since invading our nation, Covid19 has been more popular and
fast increasing than any other. Tuf.major KL's goal is to attract and keep clients. The
company's mission is to assist clients in purchasing branded goods at a reasonable
price and returning once they are happy.

I go through an item selection procedure with the things I buy from suppliers to
guarantee that the condition of the items I offer to customers satisfies their needs. The
most popular item on Tuf.KL is t-shirts. After payment is verified, it will be delivered
within 2 to 3 days.

The major reason I selected this clothes business is that it is connected to


apparel, making it an excellent approach to enter this area. Tuf.KL arose from this.
Since our inception, we have been successful and have won our clients' confidence.

Customers may modify any design on Tuf.KL, which makes it successful.


Customers can also experiment with different designs and printing techniques. The
company's primary function is to research current business and market prospects. As a
consequence, I choose this project to provide personalised goods that would increase
my knowledge, abilities, and experience while also improving my professional
prospects. In any case, well-designed ones enable employees and customers to wear
or use them whenever and wherever they choose, assisting firms in establishing their
brand identity. Comfortable service is extremely beneficial to businesses. I am now
more confident in my business and driven to extend it across Malaysia.

Tuf.KL has created a number of client categories to help the company evaluate
customer data. Customers are primarily located in Malaysia because this is an internet
business. Tuf.KL can appeal to individuals of all ages since the clothing it sells is
universal and accessible to everyone. Teenagers are an excellent target market for
businesses since they have the potential to significantly assist the business
development. When it comes to client base, teenagers are unquestionably one of the
most important demographics. Furthermore, because teenagers' minds are more
receptive to a wide range of items and inclinations, the writer would benefit from
tailoring its marketing strategies to this specific group of clients.

Tuf.KL is a web-based business. In addition, the business promotes fresh stock


offers using Instagram and Telegram channels. I interact with consumers that have
previously purchased from me via Telegram. Otherwise, interact with Business Media's
social media followers on Instagram.

6.0 EXPRERIENTAL LEARNING

I will be able to see what you should and should not do to operate your firm after
finishing this work. In addition, I was able to acquire new skills, knowledge, and
experience. This is my first foray into the corporate world. I was afraid to work while
studying full-time. When it comes to time management, there are a number of factors to
keep in mind. My expectations, though, were higher. I learnt how to successfully
manage your time from here. Successful people know how to balance their studies with
part-time jobs.

Following that, I learn how to be self-assured when running a business. I never dared to
express myself or engage with the public in the past. However, after finishing this
business opportunity, I have grown more flexible and adaptive to any scenario. For
instance, I am competent of marketing and engaging with clients.

Finally, I am grateful for the opportunity to start this business since I enjoy what I am
doing now. Despite the fact that my business does not appear to be growing, I will not
give up and will continue to work to grow my company. I plan to develop my business in
the future by introducing more products.
