    contracted by my Attorney-in-Fact, subject to such terms and conditions as may be agreed with
    Pag-IBIG Fund, including a cross-default provision. Cross-default means that the loan secured by
    my property can be declared in default if the other loan of my Attorney-in-Fact, which may be
    secured by another property, is declared in default and my property can then be foreclosed by Pag-
    IBIG Fund.

    3. To perform other acts and submit other documents that the mortgagor is required to perform or
    submit in relation to said mortgage.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to do and
    perform each and every act which may be necessary or convenient, in connection with any of the foregoing as
    fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do, if personally present and acting in person, HEREBY
