1. Coat the potatoes with the oil and season with salt and

1. Line a metal 8-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil
extending over sides
2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1 tablespoon of sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs, plain or chocolate and melted butter
½ cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar, divided 3. Press onto bottom and a quarter of the way up the sides of pan
