INTRODUCTION

NAME OF THE COMPANY: Tara Café

The name of the company is based on the majority choice of the team. We chose

this name because we find it catchy since most of the Filipino uses the word “Tara” to

invite someone when they want to hang out.

ADDRESS OF THE BUSINESS

The business is located near the City Hall of San Jose City because it is the

primary route of the students and the location is easily to find.

The owners of the business are classmates way back Senior High School. They

decided to build a business café since all of them loves coffee and thinks that this kind

business is in demand.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS

Tara Café is a business that aims to sell premium quality made coffees for their

customers. They always ensure that their ingredients are fresh and high quality to

produce a better taste of their coffee. Tara Café is also good for those students who

wants to finish their certain activities because aside from having a relaxing coffee and

good ambiance of the place, it offers free wifi for their customers. Tara Café will do their

best to capture the interest of the people. They also want to gain the loyalty of every

customer by doing all their best for their customer’s wonderful experience on their café.

FUNDING REQUIREMENTS AND SOURCE

The business are owned by 5 persons which makes it a partnership. In terms of

liabilities, the business do not suffer that much and the assets are made and making

properly.

On establishing Tara Café, the owners combined their personal funds to make

Php 3,000,000 for the business’ capital. They also bought the land where they built

there business that’s why the cash flow of their business runs smoothly.

SWOT ANALYSIS

Strenght

Tara Café offered premium quality made coffees to their customers and always

ensures that all their ingredients are fresh and high quality.

Weekness

Tara Café have limited personel, so that their production will become a little bit

slow during a peak hours

Opportunities

Customers enjoy buyingTara Café’s product because of it good taste, and quality.

And mny customers asking for the iced coffee version of their product for take out.

Threats

Tara Café have many competitors at their locality, especially those milktea shops

and restaurants who offers some refreshing drinks and provide a good comfort to the

customers

In San Jose City, numbers of café are limited but the milktea shop industry

growing so far. Other shops selling their drinks in some varieties but all of their product

was serve as an refreshment drinks because it serve to the customer with cold

temperature, and there is no uniqueness to their products because some of them uses

the same ingredients. Unlike Tara Café, they serve their product according to the

request of their customers, and they also offers a unique coffee taste because of their

premium ingredient and good brewing process.

PEST ANALYSIS

Political Aspect
Tara Café follow the rules and regulations related to business on their locality like
having a Brgy. Permit, Mayor’s permit, Business permit, Sanitary permit, BIR, SSS,
GDP, SEC and they pay taxes that they needed to pay.
Economic Aspect
They serve a premium, high quality and freshly brewed coffee with different types
that will capture their customer’s heart.
Socio-cultural Demographic Aspect
They brew coffee according to their customers choice to give them the
satisfaction and enjoyment they deserve.
Technological Aspect
They must catch the attention of their target customers thru online
advertisements and they must have an upgraded brewing machines to make the best
coffee.

Tara Café is a business which sells different types of coffee on their locality. The

business is partnership because it is owned by 5 (five) person. Their vision is to serve

the best, satisfying and comforting coffee to the customer. The establishment is located

at San Jose City beside the City Hall. Tara Café will do their best to capture the interest

of the people with their coffee and aimed to only use fresh, premium and high quality

ingredients to serve the best coffee on their locality. They also want to gain the loyalty of

every customer.

ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN

Tara Café assigned 5 certain jobs, it is the manager, guard, waiter, cashier, and

the barista ; the head barista and 2 other barista .
