Java Lead Developer: JOB SPEC

part in one of the most important and valuable solution, Global Fraud Monitoring.

About this opportunity
 
Welcome to the Integration and Middleware team. We add value by providing the required
capabilities and expertise in the data integration, transformation and reconsolidation domains for
many solutions in the bank based on different technologies. As Expert Java lead developer, you’ll
play a valuable role in working closely with product owner, architect & analysts to refine the epics
belonging to Global Fraud Monitoring agile release train. In addition, you will dispute system
handling card transaction disputes, Malware Detection detecting fraud/malware on real time
channels/netbank and Case Management supporting investigators of fraud with a need for
integration between different systems in the Fraud train.
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
We are looking for a lead developer in Global Fraud Monitoring agile release train to work close
with Product Owners, Solution Architects and Analysts to refine epics, user stories and translate
solution architecture into technical design and working software, lead technical teams by setting
high development standards and applying industry best practices.
 
You should have following skills to contribute efficiently:
 
 design thinking and analytical skills,
 team leadership, mentoring and strong communication skills
 micro services architecture, integration patterns.

The role is based in Stockholm.

Your experience and background:  


 
 Strong server-side Java development skills (Spring Boot, Web Services/REST), 
microservices architecture, integration patterns.
 Performance analysis, profiling and optimization - experience in building distributed
systems, messaging technologies (Kafka).
 familiarity with Hadoop ecosystem and big data volumes processing in close real
time and batch fashion (Spark, HBase, Cascading).
 relational database experience, NoSQL databases, caching (Oracle, Redis),
 Background in Financial Services in Fraud Prevention, Cards and Payments
domains and knowledge of standards ISO 8583, ISO 20022 is a must have.
