    INSTRUCTIONS FOR COUNSELLING


    Imphal, the 23rd October, 2020

    1. The counselling of provisionally selected candidates for admission to B.Sc. Hons./Pass, B.A.
    Hons./Pass, & B. Com. will start from 10 am to 3 pm in the counselling centers notified earlier in the
    selection list.

    2. The counselling will commence from 26 to 29 October, 2020. The selected candidates can proceed
    for counselling on any day during these stipulated days.

    3. The candidates should bring all related original documents along with self-attested photocopies and
    latest colour passport photographs.

    4. In case of incorrect information furnished at the time of submission of application forms through
    onlineportal (e.g. marks secured in Class X & XII, Category, etc.), the admission in college will be
    cancelled summarily.

    5. The teachers-in-charge and subordinate staff involved in the counselling should carefully check and
    verify all the documents by comparing with the select list published by the University.

    6. Those candidates who have already entered the counselling center before 3 pm will allow to proceed
    counselling.

    7. The vacant seats, if any, after cancellation/rejection of candidates shall be filled up from the waiting
    list to be notified in due course.

    8. No candidate can claim for the rectification and modification of their candidature.

    9. Exact number of vacant seats shall be published after admission of the candidates in the 1st selection
    list.

    10. For any discrepancy, the decision of the Admission Committee will be final.

    11. The instructions of counselling for admission to BBA shall be available in the office of the Principal,
    D.M. College of Commerce, Imphal.
