    This instruction will be reviewed and re-issue every 2-year or whenever necessary. If
    there is no amendment in the content, only the cover page will be re-issued and sent to
    the document controllers. New version of the instructions will be uploaded to the
    Integrated Information Platform. The cover page will list out the newest version number,
    the date of issue and signed by Originator, Checked By, Consented By, Approver and
    Executer.

    Meals Pick-up & Tricycle Check/ Maintenance

    Due to the condition of work location and meeting management result, that ways this regulation is
    prepared to provide guidance “Meals Pick-up & Tricycle Check/ Maintenance”.

    1. Person In Charge
    Leader : Zhang Wei
    Report to : Edi Susanto/Nashru Imaruzi/ Yana Manalu
    Tools & Spare Part : Nova/Wang qi
    Members : Operation technician & Maintenance technician

    2. Meals Pick-up
    For Meals Pick-up due by Operation technician & Maintenance technician, switch every week, 3
    time/day.
    Schedule:
    Breakfast : 06:45 WIB
    Lunch : 11:00 WIB
    Dinner : 17:30 WIB

    3. Tricycle Check/ Maintenance


    The company provide Tool & Spare Part PIC Nova/Wang qi, For Tricycle Check/ Maintenance due
    by Operation technician & Maintenance technician in charge of the day, must fill the log sheet every
    evening (Dinner meals pick up), Annex 1.
    If any damage and repair need tool or spare part can ask to Nova/Wang qi.

    Note: every hand over to another team, please make sure the tricycle in good condition if something
    damage must repair by last team used.
