    Greetings!
    Good day to you, respected Mr./Ms./Mx., we are third-year students from the Philippine Normal
    University undertaking Bachelors in Values Education. In partial fulfillment of our requirement
    for Research 2: Thesis Writing in Values education, we would like to ask for permission to conduct
    a research study.

    The proposed topic of our research is Assessment Strategies used by Values Education
    Teachers during Online Distance Learning. The purpose of this research and our objectives is:
    1. To identify the different assessment strategies used by values education teachers during
    online distance learning.
    a.) To examine the different assessment strategies used by Values Education
    teachers during online distance learning.

    b.) To determine how teachers assess non cognitive skills of students in Values
    Education during online distance learning.

    c.) To recommend effective assessment strategies in Values Education gathered


    from the respondents’ that would contribute in the improvement of assessment strategies
    used by Values Education teachers during online distance learning.

    This research would be conducted on a national scale. The participants would be Values Education
    Teachers of Basic Education (K-10) who experienced online learning starting from the time period
    of October 2020. This research study is conducted under the supervision of our research Professor
    Elanor Bayten.

    We would like to ask your good office to allow us to conduct our research study in your vicinity.
    Rest assured that the data we will gather will remain absolutely confidential and to be used for
    academic purposes only.
