4. Termination:
The agreement can be terminated through a thirty (30) days prior intimation by either of the parties.

5. Renewal:

This agreement will automatically be renewed and shall stand extended by a further period of one
(01) year on each occasion, if no party gives notice of non-renewal, thirty (30) days prior to the
expiry of Agreement.
