 Facilitate the automation of HR processes in UAE and Overseas.
 Review and understand system design documents; maintain changes of the same through version

 Participate in and document the outcomes of business analysis workshops, when business
processes are automated and changed/updated

 Enable the migration of data, as required, between various HR systems.
Follow through on data changes in the HRMS and ensure that these get reflected in the other

Liaise with the solution provider on new business requirements which need further business analysis
and feasibility study .Facilitate sessions with user groups to communicate the capabilities of the
system and key business

.Provide first level support to internal stakeholders/end user and report the cause of any issues/errors
to the support team of the solution provider.
 Understand the impact of upgrading the application from a functional perspective and report
any key enhancements that would solve existing business challenges.
 Create and execute test plans on need basis.
 Create demos on the functional capabilities of the system. Back up for the HR Systems Analyst
especially with regard to data, User Acceptance Testing and ongoing maintenance in the HRMS and
other HR Systems

Sales Support Function :
 Handling Customer Point Verification (CPV) for Personal Loan Finance (PLF).
 Handling Credit Card sales co-ordination functions.
 Taking care of other Mashreq personal products.
 Follow up with the credit evaluation department and borrower verification department to achieve
Maximum approvals on sales.
 Facilitate disbursal of personal loan finance (PLF) by coordinating between sales and disbursal
department.
 Focal Point of Contact for PLF and MP pay orders. Handing it to the sales department after
verification.
 Working knowledge of all operating systems in the bank ( Banksys, Osoolys, EDMS,SFA, Vectus
etc).
 Smooth information flow between sales and processing units
 Submit & follow up of applications to processing units for deviation cases
 Maintaining the Library of document formats (pay slip, bank statement etc.)
 Follow up pending applications of deviation cases and assisting supervisor / Manager for any
decline &
Reject reviews details with other processing Depts.
 Addressing to any team complaints and urgent issues
 Manage follow up team for personal Loan.
 Advice and answer the queries for critical personal loan cases.
 Follow Loan and Credit Card cases till disbursal.
 To keep track of all submitted documents by the sales teams and their status on finger tips
