    CERTIFICATION

    THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the Deed of Absolute Sale of T.C.T. No. T-64732 (Lot 3349),
    a parcel of land situated at Abilay Sur, Oton, Iloilo with an area of approximately 3,294
    sq.m., more or less, between Sps. Florentino H. Masculino and Remedios Olivares-
    Masculino as Vendee and Manuela C. Precia as Vendor, notarized by the undersigned
    Notary Public under Doc. No. 323; Page No.: 66; Book No.: XIX; Series of 2016, was
    corrected via correction tape to reflect the true and correct date of execution, June 01,
    2016, as the previous date reflected the date of another Deed of Absolute Sale used as a
    template and only edited for the sale of T.C.T. No. T-64732. The corrected date likewise is
    the same date as the date of notarization.

    The correction was made solely for the afore-mentioned just and valid reasons and
    not for any other purpose.
