Event Description

As a part of CamSci family, Foundation day is the most awaited celebration of the year, a moment to

create memories, time of showcasing amazing talents and most especially to commemorate the school's

anniversary. Despite the changes and limitations of the current situation the show must go on. The 27th

foundation day will become the most unforgettable and remarkable event that will mark the CamSci

history because it is different from the previous celebrations. A two day celebration that will be held

virtually that will enable the students and staffs to take a short break from hard work and stress, a time to

enjoy and to share a vast happiness with their classmates and teachers furthermore to develop their talents

and communication skills through interpersonal communication directed by the event's undertaking and to

create an environment of strong friendship with harmony and cooperation.

Objectives:

 To develop the students’ creativity and resourcefulness.

 Improvement of communication skills

 To boost the students self-confidence and immune system through physical activities.

Proposed Program

A. December 17, 2020 Day 1


I. Recorded Opening Program to be uploaded at the CamSci official Facebook page

The program is as follows

 Short film viewing about CamSci (optional)

 Official Opening of the Event: Mrs. Rose Ann Montarde

 Inspirational Message: Ms. Ivy Bautista

II. Uploading of the Photo Contest entries on CamSci Facebook page

III. Gratitude Log Day 1

B. December 18, 2020 Day 2

I. Uploading of the top 3 song cover entries

Ii. Uploading of the top 3 entries of Kpop Dance Cover

III. Uploading of pass the pen entries of each class

IV. Gratitude log day 2

The Venue and facilities offered

The event will be held virtually via social media, due to the current situation and strict health photocols,

social media is the best option wherein the safety of the participants and staffs are prioritized. Through

social media specifically Facebook, we can reach out to thousands of people without spending much

money. With only two equipment necessary

Mechanics:

 The Contest is open only to Grade 9-12 students photo enthusiasts of Camarines Science Oriented

High School

 Each section/strand must only have 2 representatives

 Each participant(s) must submit only one photo entry from their original work with no caption.

 The theme is "Engage with the current moment"

 The entries will be judged through 50% online voting and 50 % panelist, the entries will uploaded

at CamSci facebook page

 The set is up to the participants to decide but strictly observe health protocols.

 The submission of the entries in on December 15 to be submitted to their homeroom teachers.

Criteria for judging (for panelist)

40% - Content and Relevance to the Theme

30% - Artistic Value and Communication Potential of the Image

30% - Technical Excellence and Quality

100% - TOTAL

Song Cover

Mechanics:

 The Competition is open to Grade 7-12 students.

 Each section or strand must have one representative.

 The recorded song cover with video must be 1-2 minutes only.

 The submission of the entries is December 15, 2020 Only top 3 entries will be uploaded to

CamSci Facebook page

50% - VOCAL

30% - EXPRESSION
20% -SHOWMANSHIP

Mechanics

 The Competition is open to Grade 7-12 students.

 Each section or strand must hava at least 1-3 representatives.

 The recorded Dance cover must be at least 1-2 minutes only.

 The submission of the entries is December 15, 2020 Only top 3 entries will be uploaded to

CamSci facebook page

Criteria

50% - Execution

30% - Style

20% - Musicality

100% - Total

Gratitude log

Is an invitation to all students, alumni, former Camsci faculty or even the parents are welcome to

show their gratitude, story, experiences and journey with Camsci. For two consecutive days on social

media using the official Hash tag #27THanksCamSci .

Pass the pen Challenge

Mechanics:

 This activity requires whole class participation, wherein each student must take a short video clip

of their transformation before attending online class to after attending online class.

 This activity is open to those online course students; however modular students may join too if

possible.

 The class editing will be up to the class to decide. The best entry will be uploaded to the CamSci

Facebook page.
Steps

1. The first person needs to appear in the camera with her/his before look then she needs to

grab a pen from any side s/he wants then cover the camera with pen and then reveal the after

look.

2. The same person needs to drop the pen.

3. Now, the other one should look like catching the pen from above and using it as the first one

did.

4. Repeat it with the help of as many as you can and then edit the videos.

5. The clips should be put in such a way that the video appears in a continuation. You can add

any filter and sound.
