    Newly Deployed Teachers

    Teaching quality and effectiveness include a collaborative effort by the school admin, master teachers and
    teacher leaders. The process of observing the master teachers and teacher leaders by the newly deployed teachers
    will be both helpful and supportive on their new journey.
    Online Class observation for newly deployed teachers will happen for a month (2 times a week; schedule
    depending on the agreement between the master teacher/teacher leader assigned and the new teacher)
    Please refer to the table for your task.
