Remove objects that are embedded in the tread of the tires

Check for damage and friction of wheels and for bend and cracks in the rims

Check the operation of the horn,headlight and all indicators

Check the operation of the hydraulic control valve
Check the mast operation for Smooth lifting and lowering
Check the mast operation for Smooth roller rotation
Check the mast operation for Wear or damage to chains
Check the mast operation for Lift bracket and forks for bend and damage
Check the safety start system operation
Check the brake pedal operation
Check the parking brake operation
Check the backrest and overhead guard for proper installation and function
Check the fork latches
Check the forks for craks,breaks,bend and wear
Check the radiator core for clogging
Clean the radiator if there is dirt or dust
