GENERAL NOTES:
1 Vendor to mention any deviation from the specification in the quotation itself.
2 Vendor shall provide performance guarantee of the equipment against material / poor workmanship for 18 months from the date of delivery.
Vendor to submit mechanical design calculations, QAP, fabrication drawing in two sets for approval within 1 week of LOI/PO and shall start

fabrication only after approval from Gulbrandsen Chemical Pvt. Ltd.
4 Vendor should submit following documents in three (3) sets in hard copy and a soft copy (dwg in Autocad) along with the delivery of the equipment.
a Guarantee/Warranty Certificates.
b Test certificate and operating manuals for all bought-out items.
c Mechanical calculation sheet.
d Fabrication / GA Drawing for reactor and bought-out items.
e Calibration and test certificates of instruments used for testing of equipment. These documents shall be traceable to national standards.
5 There should not be any crevices, sharp edges in the vessel.
6 All nozzles shall be fabricated from seamless pipes.
Nozzles below 50 NB size shall be provided with two stiffeners at 90° to each other. Nozzles above 50 NB size shall be provided with a reinforcement
7 pad, dimensions of which should be as per the mechanical calculations. Nozzles in non-metallic equipment shall be as per good engineering
practices.
8 All openings shall be covered by suitable wooden piece for delivery.
9 Nuts and bolts used in the vessel shall be of high tensile strength and suitable pressure rating.Vendor shall use only "Metric standard" Nuts and bolts.
10 A tag plate of SS304 shall be provided on the vessel, details of which shall be approved by Gulbrandsen Chemicals Pvt. Ltd.
11 Vendor to apply two coats of "GP Prime Guard 235 Mio" of Grand Polycoat make on vessel.
12 Nozzle reinforcement pad plates shall be of the same material specification as that of shell/dish.
13 All dip pipes and thermowell shall be firmly supported.

15 † Vendor can suggest dimensions if it helps reduce cost. This will be approved by client if acceptable.

21 Three lifting lugs should be provided on top and bottom in such a fashion that the tank can be lifted vertically as well as horizontally.
