    INSTRUCTIONS: Make a video log (vlog) that aims to inspire and motivate your audience that even in the

    midst of a
    crisis, one's mental health and spiritual well-being is an essential component to the total human formation. This is a
    collaborative PT among Orcom, CL, and Perdev. 
    Length of the vlog: 3 to 5 minutes
    Note: This is an individual performance task. You may work on your Performance Task after your exam week. 

    Please refer to the GRASPS form of your first quarter performance task.

    GOAL To promote mental health awareness and spiritual well-being through video logs (vlogs).

    One of the pressing issues at present is staying holistically healthy during this time of the pandemic. The
    most challenging part is how to take care of our spiritual and mental well-being. To address these concerns,
    it is necessary to check our productivity and everyday accomplishments no matter how big or small.  As an
    advocate of UN Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being, you are to create a video
    SITUATIO
    log that will make people in all walks of life be aware of the significance of maintaining positive beliefs gained
    N
    from prayers and bible verses, as well as taking good care of oneself/loving oneself that can contribute to
    their spiritual and mental well-being. Your vlog aims to inspire and motivate your audience that even in the
    midst of a crisis, one's mental health and spiritual well-being is an essential component to total human
    formation.
