Waterproofing Services using Rainseal
DESCRIPTION :
RAINSEAL: Acrylic Elastomeric Polymer emulsion, 100% Acrylic
Exterior coating, is an elastomeric, single pack roofing compound,
which is designed as membrane coating to improve the elongation
properties to bridge the existing and future cracks over a wide
temperature range. It is a self-cured component application which
forms an impervious, tough, hard and abrasion resistant coating.
It has exceptional strength and inflammability that prevent
peeling, fungus and algae growth. It acts as both waterproof and
weather durable coating. It not only arrests water leakages but
also work as heat transfer barrier coating to reduce the room
temperature.
TYPICAL USAGE AREA :

 Excellent waterproofing of RCC substrates such as roof terraces
flat or slope and folded plate roof, domes, roof garden etc.
 Waterproofing of stone walls / brick / wood etc.
 Waterproofing of corrugated AC/GI sheet roofing / metal
sheets.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
Rainseal is applied using Soft Brush or Rollers or Spray guns. It’s a 4-layer process.
First layer is Primer (diluted Rainseal), Second layer is first coating of Rainseal,
third layer is Geotextile membrane for reinforcement and fourth layer is Rainseal
second coating. 2-3 hours needed to dry each of the layers. Allow the entire
coating to cure for 3 days before allowing the movements on it or before testing
with water for leakage. The final thickness to be achieved depends on the
requirements of the individual roof. However, our recommended final thickness is
between 0.75 and 1 mm.

1. What is your company?
We are known as Perex Waterproofing Solutions (Registered as Perex Engineering Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001:2015
Certified company from Hyderabad, Telangana). We are the Waterproofing Experts since 2009, when nobody even
knew Elastomeric coatings those days, as most of the waterproofing companies were stick to old traditional methods
viz Brick-Bat Coba, APP Torch-on Membrane, Damber sheets, Chemicals, Cementitious coatings etc, from those days
only we were importing state of the art Nano-technology Acrylic Elastomeric Polymer products from abroad which are
ISO 9001:2015 certified, till now using them with long time warranty. We have a lot of Happy customers across India
since 2009.
2. What type of waterproofing service you do?

Our predominant work is using Acrylic Elastomeric Polymer waterproofing coatings (which is a non-traditional method,
many countries are using this system for years and it has become popular in India very recently).
3. How different you are as compared to known players in the market?

We focus on long term solution which can be achieved only by using the nano-technology coatings which do not
contain chemicals and cementitious material. As you know both chemicals and cementitious waterproofing coatings
are temporary because they will dissolve or fade away soon with different weather conditions. Even though cost of
these temporary solutions is less compared to nano-technology coatings but the leakage issues will repeat within no
time, which not only costs you multiple times but also make the building weak with repetitive work.
4. What type of buildings you do waterproofing?

We undertake work of any type of Old or New buildings - Residential, Commercial or Industrial buildings. However, we
focus predominantly on the Terrace/Roof of any surface (RCC Concrete or GI Sheets or Asbestos Sheets or Tiles).

5. Which all cities you take up work?
Our Head-office is in Hyderabad but can take up work any-where in India. Our Per Sft price includes our labour,
material, travel/transportation etc
6. What is the minimum area you undertake?

For Hyderabad location there is no such minimum area constraints. However for any other city in order to cover up the
travel time of team, we expect minimum area to be 2000 Sft.
7. What is the procedure you follow with new customer?

a. Customer calls or gives requirement to us over phone or email or WhatsApp.
b. Our Operations Manager will call and take customer’s appointment and do free site visit to inspect the area in
scope, take measurements and then submit a detailed proposal (Table of Contents: Company Introduction, Goals,
Proposed Solution, Method of Application, Video of the process, Product Properties and Advantages, Product
Technical Specs, Commercial details, Application Images, Product Images, Solutions Benefits, Terms and
Conditions.)
c. Once customer accepts our proposal and release PO or WO and advance payment then we will assign one
supervisor who will be the first point of contact from Perex to customer. Our Supervisor will transport material to
customer location and assign a team who will work on the project under his supervision.
d. We commit to start the work within 5 days of PO release and advance payment, provided favorable weather
conditions.
8. What are the timelines of your work?

We keep optimum number of applicators for each project who can easily complete 750 to 1000 Sft per day.

9. What is your price structure?
Since we do Turnkey projects, our price is Per Sft which includes our labour, material, tools, Safety,
travel/transportation, food, accommodation and all. GST is additional.
10. What are your payment terms?

We have standard payment terms – 50% advance along with PO, 40% once third layer is completed and rest 10%
immediately after work is completed. We are flexible in payment terms and mutually discuss and agree.
11. What is the escalation mechanism you have to address customer concerns?
a. We will have an assigned supervisor to look after day to day project work, he is the First PoC.
b. Above Supervisor, we have Operations Manager
c. Above Operations Manager, we have General Manager
12. What is the warranty you give?

We give 5 years to 10 years of service warranty with clear terms and conditions in a Warranty Certificate from the
company. Warranty term depends upon the age of the building and type of surface (RCC or GI Sheets etc)
13. What is covered as part of Warranty?

Ours is a Service Warranty which clearly mentions terms and conditions. Please send email to

14. Do you have sufficient teams to take multiple projects at a time?
Since we are in this industry since 2009, we have our applicators from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka,
Punjab and Bihar who are sufficient to take up multiple projects at a time. Incase we need more people, then we will
quickly rampup using contractors locally.
15. Do you have Labour insurance and do you follow safety measures for your team?
We are Private Limited company and hence holding Workman Compensation insurance policy for the entire staff and
ESI. Also we take full safety precautions while doing work, our teams wear full PPE kits. Our supervisor will be at the
project site monitoring the work and team on day to day basis.
16. Can you do a free sample before we award the project to you?
Yes, free sample of upto 50 -100 Sft work can be done based on the potential size of the project.
17. Do you do only service or even supply material?

We are predominantly service provider, incase some one wants our Acrylic Elastomeric material, then we can supply
and our rates are the lowest as compared to other similar products available in the market.
18. Do you want PO even from Individuals?

Purchase Order or Work Oder is from companies. For individuals, we need customer’s signature on the Proposal
document or Email approvals and advance payment before we start the work.
